20 Min Functional Full Body Strength Workout
This Functional Strength Workout suits people of all ages and fitness levels, especially those over 40 with long-term goals of staying fit, functional, strong and mobile.
This is week seven of ten.
Order of workout:
1. Dumbbell Lateral Lunge to Curl to Overhead Press (3 - 4 sets of 12 reps)
Rest 30 - 45 secs, or continue depending on your fitness level.
2. Dumbbell Suitcase RDL/Hinge (3 - 4 sets of 12 reps)
Rest 30 - 45 secs, or continue depending on your fitness level.
3. Push-Up to Knee-Tuck (3 - 4 sets of 12 reps)
Rest 30 - 45 secs, or continue depending on your fitness level.
4. Dumbbell Bent Over Row (3 - 4 sets of 12 reps)
Rest 30 - 45 secs, or continue depending on your fitness level.
5. Side Plank Rotations (3 - 4 sets for 15 30 secs)
Rest 60 - 90 seconds depending on your fitness level, and repeat 2 - 3 more times
