Buying myself and outfit every few months is what keeps me going. I just freaking love these shorts.
The worst part is always "and that was set one, we're going to repeat that" 🙃 but really loved this one! Your ab workouts are always the best, love that u keep them so varied as well❤

Same!! It's the hardest for me to do with my scoliosis and it's also my biggest problem area at the moment. Pushing myself right now to get through this one (taking a quick water break lol)

When i tell you my emotions were so hurt after You said last 2 exercises, I thought those 20 mins flew by then i realized it had only been 10. Still very worth it my sides have not burned this way ever and I’m glad i found this WO

as a teen, honestly, this was amazing! my summer break just started and I thought I'd tone my core a bit :) I LOVE how this isn't just all planks like a lot of other core exercise sets I encountered, and keep up the amazing work ❤❤

This is by far the best 20 minute workout I’ve used! Short and not too difficult!
Okay, FIRST of all - that outfit is stunning! And second, you read my mind (also, not me going through the workout to be mentally prepared)

Since I go to know MadFit I don't need to and don't want to make exercises with anyone else because her are so excellent. I love this variety, I love sweating during the practise and after have these endorfines
Love this been a min that I have not done your work out since having complications with health glad be back on it
I like how you do the reverse crunches, with the thigh turnout and further apart. The usual really close together style just really gets my quads and it's hard to feel the ab work, whereas wider apart I could feel it and focus on that!

I just finished this workout and loved it! It wasn’t too intense where I couldn’t do the moves, but I still felt the burn! I also overall just loved the workout in general, and I usually don’t like ab workout :)

Love this. It challenged me a bit, but when I was doing the oblique crunches on my right side my hip was hurting like the bone was sticking out on the hard floor but I had a padded yoga mat under me.

Loved this workout! Best core routine yet!.. I really liked that you incorporated more oblique exercises into this one.. the 45 seconds on/15 seconds off is perfect and 20 minutes is exactly what I'm looking for to target core after weight lifting. 10/10
