I found the 45 sec intervals really challenging but the whole 20 mins flew by?!! Thank you Maddie for another great workout!

It's funny, I had the exact opposite experience- each 45 second segment flew by for me, but then the workout as a whole felt so much longer than I expected! So rewarding when I finished doing it though!

I thought I would never make it until the end, so I literally started to cry after I finally fineshed this one.... It is difficult, guys, but just go on your passe, take as much rest as you need and do not give up because we are stronger than we think. Thank you so much for your work, Maddie!

Day 6 of the December 2022 challenge done! I said, "Holy Moly" in sync with @MadFit after this was over haha. Think this was the most difficult day of the challenge so far. My core is the weakest area of my body right now, so I definitely had to take way more breaks than the allotted time in the video. All I can say now is YOUCH! But I feel so good. #Endorphins, right? Honestly, I think these types of workouts are my favorite because they give you cardio and strength without running and jumping everywhere. Thank you, Maddie!
Second Half of Day 6, Done! That was intense!
I really keen on ab workouts. Especially nowadays. I can’t run because of a shin splint. These videos keep me moving almost every day

I love your workouts - I always squeeze in the 15 min 6 pack ab one somewhere on a daily basis, love that it’s becoming less & less of a challenge, not such a burn anymore - still really seeing results 🙂 not a chance could I have done that a couple of years ago! This one looks pretty intense too - I’ll be having a go tonight 🙂 (NZ time)
Day06! Kicked my butt. Modified all but three (including the 5min before this) and skipped a couple of sets bec I was dying. 😅

Your abs workout are so challenging and so well taught! I’ve never done an ab workout where the instructor is teaching you the whole time and encourages you to go slow and controlled. Keep up the great work!😘💪
WOW this one was it! I love the structure of this one with the multiple sets of two exercises! Thank you!! Could you maybe incorporate into your videos a little more of the breathing aspect? Or maybe do like a five minute one where you really hit on it! You talked about it once in this video and was soo helpful! I always find myself forgetting to breath haha and it was a really great reminder!

A great tip to remember is to exhale on the hardest part or the exertion of the exercise! So exhale as you crunch. It helps to activate the core while also reminding you to breathe 😉
Day 6: Just completed this workout and OUCH! I loved it tho, definitely was challenging and cant wait for more!!
I've been doing 20min Madfit abs for 6 straight days now. They are all intense and I could definitely feel the burn on each session. Thx Maddie for all the words of encouragement during the sessions and for everyone's inspirational comments! I'm glad to report that today's session didn't feel that "bad", I'm making progress :-) !!
Genuinely the best an workout I’ve done in a long time. The multiple small sets made it feel much shorter than doing 1 longer set twice and I definitely felt the burn, especially in the first 3 sets of exercises. Thank you so much Maddie!

Today is usually my arm day, but my right hand and wrist are feeling sore and cramped, so I thought it best to not make the problem worse with weights, and switched it with abs. And so as soon as I clicked on your page, I saw you posted this workout! The timing was great and I got a killer workout in! (I did have to modify with a low plank a couple times, but boy did it burn!)
I almost stopped at what I thought was halfway through, but I read the comments and saw I only had 5 minutes left...so I continued. I do your other 20 minute lower core/ ab workout video and thought this would be around that level of intensity but BOY was I wrong. But I finished and I'm pretty proud of myself for it even if I stopped for a minute or two. Regardless of how hard though I think I'll continue this workout and hopefully it'll only get easier as time goes on! Currently 161 5'9, woman and I started out at 170 3 weeks ago :) between your workouts and a healthy diet I've already seen so much progress! Thank you
