It is a great exclusive product for building huge arm muscle fast minus the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate at very last got amazing success with it.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Another great MUSCLE BUILDING video! Thank you! I love how "real" Claudia keeps it when she lets us know when the reps are difficult for her. It helps me know I'm not alone and can get through them. I have 5 & 10 pound weights, but need to get 8 pound ones to help with the middle sets. I really want some definition in my arms before summer, and I know all these new arm workouts are going to get me there!

    I love these workouts! Unfortunately I keep getting ads in the middle of the video which is incredibly frustrating especially if Coach is in the middle of explaining how to do a move! I went to their website and bought one of their workout plans and have been watching the videos from their website. I appreciate all of the incredibly hard work that must have gone into creating these workouts and workout plans!

    Recovering from an ankle/leg fracture and found your seated workouts while recovering from an operation.. I have been integrating them into my daily routine and will be sticking to it once I'm off crutches. Most of your workouts can be modified and the variety is excellent..great job.

    Coach do you have anything specificly for leg stretching? I am having a terrible time getting loose to do side kicks and round house kicks!
