Not sure why this doesn't have more likes - a great total upper body workout....even with light weights I can feels it! Instructions are clear and simple, and the time goes quickly!! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to add a quick arms sets to their routine!! 💪💪💪

I LOVE how you queue when to breathe! That's so important and most people here on YT don't call it out enough.
One of those rare workouts where I’m really sore the whole time but not so hard that I have to stop every 5 seconds. Plus, your energy is so motivating! I just love this video

Plus it is good that these exercises don’t require extremely heavy dumbbells to feel the burn.
this workout has saved my life. i could never find a workout with such light dumbbells, i have very skinny arms and this was challenging but i could keep up and now i really see results. i’ll try the other barre arms workouts too. thank you! 💗

I really love this! I am often put off by workouts with difficult moves so this one was perfect as it was challenging yet easy to follow. I never ever work out my arms because I have little time and usually just focus on abs and butt, however this is definitely doable once a day for me. Thank you for this!

This is my fav upper body workout from you. I started with 3s; couldn't even get all the way through with you; I had to bring em down--now n then. But... now I'm up to 5s, because I "mastered" the 3s. Working on the 5s; I'll get there!

Great work I really felt the burn in my shoulders, plus it doesn’t require an extremely heavy dumbbell. I normally lift 12.5kg and 17kg dumbbells at the gym but video this really helpful and all I needed was a set of 3kg weights.

Did you lose weight n your super body? I just had a baby 4 months ago & now my arms & super body look Bigger... hopefully this helps to loose them.

I agree! I've been doing the workouts with 8 lbs... thought this would be a nice change. Very challenging, and true confession.... I took some breaks!! 😊

This workout KILLED me but in the best ways. Wow! I will be for sure doing this one at least twice a week
