ROM Deadlifts you keep your legs straighter with a slight bend in the knee, more focus will be on the hamstrings/glutes as you hinge the hips back. Conventional Kettlebell Deadlift there is more of a bend in the knee when you hinge the hips back and focus on glutes/quads. The range of movement is different too, kettlebell deadlifts you will touch the floor but Romanian deadlifts you will probably stop about shin height, depending on how tight your hamstrings are 😁💪🏼
