My physical therapist measured a 30% increase in my hamstring flexibility after only a couple of months of your daily workouts. I'm stronger all over in ways I could never achieve before. Thank you! i’ve been doing pilates as my workout recently rather than weights and i enjoy it sm more! if it wasn’t for quarantine, i prob would have never discovered it and would have continued forcing myself to do workouts i don’t even like such as weight lifting and high intensity exercise

I have a very old shoulder injury that makes my arms weak so I can't do all the movements completely but I am noticing the more I do this workout, the easier those movements are - I feel much stronger already and not too sore after each workout. thank you so much for this Nicole! amazing!

I love that you have a mix of short focused videos and longer full-body videos. I take a Zoom pilates class two days a week, and I like to supplement with another 20 minutes with you on areas that we may not have hit as hard. For those looking to ease into Nicoles workouts, I found this video to be a moderate level, not too intense. (or maybe I’m just getting stronger. 🤸♂️🧘♀️🏋️♀️)

This class was amazing wow!! Would love more classes focused on arms/back/chest I feel like that´s my weakest regions but all the arms focused workouts I usually find are too hard to execute properly. Yours was perfect!

Just wanted to thank you 🙏 again for this workout which I am doing post foot op. I can do everything up to the child pose with just a couple of minor adjustments so the top of my foot isn’t on the floor. This is keeping me sane! Hoping to be able to do a bit more in a week or so. I am looking forward to doing all your new releases as soon as I can! 😊

this is insane! i found your channel yesterday and I AM IN LOVE is an understatment. i have done 4 workouts already and i never knew that pilates could be my thing but the burn on this one was insane! i love yoga so pilates was just a thing i fell in love with yesterday hahah thanks so much i love you as an instructor

My hip tendonitis brought me to your channel while I was searching for exercises. Im 46 & love love love high energy workouts. Yoga & Pilates never been my type of workout. So I forced myself to do some of your videos & omg....I fell in love with your style. I've done ballet for years & your channel works for me. My hip already feels better & I'm actually enjoying your channel so much. So I'm working out with u every day & I do high energy once or twice a week only. Thank you Ninole .
