@@sandeepgoyal144 my mom is using Dr bathra homeopathic medicine and it is costly I don't see that much difference yeah! It is curing but very very slowly ... First my mom took ayurvedic medicine which was prescribed by the doctor... And it didn't help.. Her n she got white marks on her head too.. so she switched to Dr bathra... But I don't get it why.. it is talking so much time.. and no that much visible change in her skin.. she some time become so said after tooking herself and I feel sad that I can't even help her 😞

myra choudhary Dear, plz stop using any products from Dr. Batra. I undertook a course myself for 3 months for skin rashes, bumps and itchiness and there were no results. It got cured only while taking medicine, but if I stop taking meds..it appears again. Also they persuade u in taking a long time course to get it effective but believe me it’s a hoax and just a tool to grab ur hard earned money. I think u should try medicines from local ayurvedic or homeopathic doctors having good rating or referrals by word of mouth. These so called brands are always into looting people.

If i was prime minister of India I would have given Padma Shri award to this guy for giving such a valuable information and saving life of lakhs of people and exposing harsh reality of these companies.. Just think about time given to research each product.. Make this trend guyz

Hey, I've seen many youtube videos on using onion juice directly on hair bt onion juice contains sulphur in it which will give you scalp itchiness and dryness. We can apply onion seed oil on the hair rather than juice. And Vivek already made a video on hair loss. :)

Non vegetarians get multiple times more vitamins in just one meal if they eat beef, sea food like salmon, oysters, shrimps, lobsters. But vegetarian need to eat a lot more, to complete daily requirements, some multivitamin can not be obtained from vegetables or fruits itself, So seeds and dry fruit become mandatory requirement in vegetarian diet. So either a vegetarian have to eat lots of fresh greens, other vegetables, fruits, seeds and dry fruits or take one pill. And today's generation always choose the easy way.

@@MahirParekh I am pretty sure..Tomato 🍅 and potato 🥔 are not INDIAN sabji. They are imported. In PURI ORISSA. Lord Jaggnath is not offered dishes with tomato and potato. And tomato sticks in stomach as well so not good for digestion.

When there was lockdown I used to wash my hands with dettol handwash in every 20 minute after one day I saw and feel allergy on my hands.

Its true! After washing my hands with dettol handwash I found my hands very dry... Thanks for such videos!!

Great question. Please find *findtap* India. You can carry your own bottle with you and refill it at these places. The good news is that it’s not just find tap but also several other places which refill your bottle with clean drinking water for hardly any money compare to the plastic bottles. Avoiding plastic bottles (single use ones specially) has become a necessity and will be an emergency too. Surprisingly enough I saw some government made machines which are used super modern and similar to the ones in Bangkok. Hope this helps🙏

The whole basis of your conclusion is based on what is printed in the label. These small Indian companies are notorious in adding Parabens etc even though label doesn't mention it. They know that they don't go through any sort of any lab testing hence free to write whatever they need.

Hey brother, he already did made a video on Oats and other Breakfast foods, which you can find by typing "FitTuber Breakfast" he has mentioned oats, Whole wheat Dalia etc in it. Also, just so you don't waste your time, rolled oats is just another marketing gimmick, I checked it myself online when I first saw Quaker Rolled Oats in a super market. Just buy regular ones as they are cheap and similar to rolled ones. There are other companies making oats which are far better than Quaker but they are expensive, you will find them in his breakfast video. Hope my answer was helpful.

As I am science student, so basically SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE(SLS) is a detergent and without that you can't make lather by rubbing your hands. So it is very important in making all these cleansing stuffs. Our toothpaste which is a daily need do contains SLS AKA SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE which acts as lathering agent(झाग बनाने वाला पदार्थ). And lather helps in removing dirt efdectively.

I make my own hand wash and it couldn’t be easier. The best thing to start with is a self-foaming dispenser. You can even reuse a bottle that u had from before. If, when you push on the pump it creates it’s own foaming action, that’s exactly the kind of bottle you need. There is one or two things you may need to buy but from then on, you’ll be set for a long time. I use the most gentle surfactant (a surfactant produces lather and is like a soap, but it is made differently) can find online. Try to avoid surfactants that end with sulphate, like sodium laurel sulphate or sodium laureth sulphate. These surfactants are horribly damaging to skin (and it’s in so many toothpastes! No wonder we have canker sores, etc!). Use a couple tablespoon of the surfactant, add an equal amount of glycerine, a teaspoon of any carrier oil you like (olive, almond, grape seed are great ones) and then a few drops of an essential oil for aromatherapy benefits along with germ-killing properties. Personally, I find rosemary and peppermint the nicest. Finally, add water to about an inch from the top this space allows for the pump which you just need to screw back on. Turn it over and back a few times to mix. The surfactant will help the water and oil blend together. Now give it a try. If the lather is too thin, add a tiny bit more surfactant. If it feels drying, add a bit more glycerin and a tiny bit more oil. The beauty of the foaming pump is that you only need a small bit of surfactant to make a very sudsy hand wash. I have been making hand wash for my family for a few years now and I’ve just ran out of the surfactants I was using. The surfactant might cost more at the beginning but if you get even just a few hand-washes out of it, it has paid for itself. Make sure the surfactant is bio-degradable and you’ve done such a favour for the Earth. You save so much plastic by reusing the same bottle!

After educating myself about the ingredients, I'm also in the same boat as you are. I am currently looking for a SLS/fragrance free handwash. I'm so disappointed. I've using dettol sensitive handwash for years now until they discontinued their only fragrance free handwash in India. I'm currently looking at Palmolive, Savlon, pharmeasy catalogue. But some of them used DMDM Hydratoin, the problematic preservative. Hopefully will run into something better. .

Consider changing your hand wash. Trust me there are much better handwashes in the market that are better than lifebuoy, dettol etc.

He is fooling you just go through the ingredients and google their effects on skin. There is no problem in dettol handwash i have gone through all of its ingredients its safe if you thoroughly rinse your hands which we all do while washing hands. So all handwashes are safe. Don't worry😊

Yes sanitizers are not good. Use them only when you have no water available near you to wash your hands. Otherwise it's not recommended over soap at all. Better take paper soap with you when you travel somewhere.
