For the new year, most people’s resolution is to lose weight with a diet or take care of their body to get in shape. And we know that health starts with nutrition as you will get many benefits from eating and drinking the right type of food. This is why we are showing you 20 foods that help you lose weight. Make sure you watch this video until the end to learn more about how water can easily help you.
Eating fruits is one of the best ways to stay healthy. You have probably heard about juice diet, but eating whole fruits is actually much better for your body because you get more fiber. We suggest you eat fruits like grapefruit, avocado, and berries.
We will also debunk some myths that you have heard before. For example, eating eggs is not bad for your heart, pasta won’t make you gain a lot of weight, and nuts won’t make you fat. These foods are actually part of a healthy diet.
If you want to eat animals, salmon and tuna are some of the best food that you can eat because it is full of good nutrients and will make you feel full so you won’t eat as much. But you can also choose a vegan diet if you want to lose weight.

    Try Pamela exercises, exercise everyday though, theres lots of exercises in one, try the beginners one, three 30 second planks every exercise 2-3 times a day, it helps me so much! You should try it, its fun for the most part actually, also try eating more healthy and you'll get healthy and lose weight as you know it

    I'm 14, I don't know what exactly my height is but I'm probably 162cm or 161cm, I weight 156lbs, I started at 160 just 2 days ago and I really want to reach 119lbs, I consider myself a professional at losing weight and dieting because i know how to control my body, and also because I've been studying the way my body works for a year and a few months now, I'll keep updating this comment till I reach what I want. never gonna give up!

    0:30 Whole fruits instead of juices. Juice is relatively high in calories and won't keep you as full making you drink more. Eat a whole fruit with a glass of water instead. 1:05 Quinoa to include with meals but watch out because they're high in calories 1:43 Pasta because it is a grain and gives a lot of energy. Great for people who exercise alot. 2:15 Whole eggs. Stop wasting the eggs and some cholesterol in your diet isn't bad at all 2:48 Salmon ♡ high in nutrients 3:18 Pototoes just not baked or fried :'( 3:50 soup is a great way to add water to your diet and it forces you to slow down. 4:18 Avocado - Helps with metabolic syndrome. 4:54 nuts - have a lot of benefits and are really filling 5:30 Yogurt - very filling.     I would recommend trying keto if serious about finding a natural weight loss agent. This link has some good info on the benefits of keto mootfat.xyz I've used it so far from the new year and has helped me lose 10 lbs with a supporting diet. Green tea is also good, do some research!

    I love the fact that you made a video of healthy foods that looks absolutely delicious! I’m definitely open to eating more oatmeal (not instant) and avocados on a daily basis! I also love the idea of eating salmon more regularly. My only issue with the salmon is the whole “mercury” issue. Does anyone have any thoughts on that?

    First, buy a bottle of Keto Sticks, they are urine test strips, they tell you if you're ketosing and how heavily you're ketosing by how dark the pink/purple color is on your tested strip. Start a ketogenic by eating 0-5 grams of carbs per day for the first week and no caffeine. Caffeine spikes insulin so it slows ketosis. When the body is in the state of ketosis it can not store fat it can only shed fat and other toxic weight. Restricting carbs to 0-5 grams for about 3 to 4 days causes the body to go into the state of ketosis. After the first week your body should be ketosing so gradually add more carbs to your daily intake but not exceeding 40 grams of carbs per day will ensure you don't stop ketosing throughout your weight loss journey. 40 g per day is just a guide line , some people can handle more carbs per day. You can try exceeding more than 40 grams per day but naturally it will slow your ketosis so just watch your test strips. If and when you have cheat days you may stop ketosing because of over consumption of carbs so just start the diet over again--- 0-5 g of carbs and no caffeine for a few days to get back into ketosis. And no colon cleanser pills are needed on a ketogenic diet. I made that mistake and almost killed my kidneys it hurt so bad so I quit colon cleansers while keto dieting and felt much better. Look in stores and online for great keto foods to help keep your cravings at bay, most of them are pretty trustworthy. My favorites are High Key Protein Cereals ( crispy "rice" like ),Quest chocolate chip cookie, Quest protein chips, Rebel Ice Creams. The Atkins new lemon tart and new cheese cake bar, they don't slow my ketosis at all but do test them for your own assurance. Keto recipes online and online bakeries. Eating fat while ketosing especially rich animal fat, causes the body to ketose more heavily, provides energy and nurishes, lubricates and protects organs. I remember all this info from Dr. Atkins book titled Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution so do read up , he explained it so thoroughly. 😉☃️

    Any healthy food: Bananas, they are the best substitute for sweets, because they already taste really sweet and they have a lot of vitamins. I think Bananas are the best fruit if you have a really sweet tooth, espacially if you eat them ripe.

    Buy a bottle of Keto Sticks, they are urine keto test strips, they help you make sure you're loosing weight. Test with them every day. You have to start by eating zero carbs and no caffeine for about 3 days to get the body into the state of ketosis. It takes most people about 3 days. Exclude sweeteners for the first few days also. If you're ketosing you are loosing weight so your test strip will show pink/purple color. If you're not ketosing you are not loosing weight so you're test strip will not show pink/purple color so you have to keep eating zero carbs and no caffeine until your test shows pink/purple color. When the body runs out of carbs to use for energy it switches to using the body's fat stores for energy and they show in the urine as ketones. The test strip detects the chemicals in the ketones. The darker the tint color means the heavier you're ketosing meaning the faster you're loosing weight. Read Dr.Atkins book titled Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. He explains ketosis and low carb dieting very thoroughly in this book, it's so easy to understand. Its the book my dad followed to loose 275 lb in a year and 2 months and his weight was mostly in his belly. He kept with low carb eating, he ate all the meat and fat he wanted and got healthy. He started with zero carbs and no caffeine for a few days to get the body into the state of ketosis. He bought Keto Sticks, and he tested every day. After he achieved ketosis he gradually added more carbs. He added 10 - 20 grams of carbs to his daily intake every following week until he was intaking no more than 40 grams of carbs per day through out his weight loss journey. You can stay at 20 grams of carbs per day to ketose heavier until you reach your weight loss goal. You can adjust your weightloss speed by eating more or less carbs but keeping it under 40 grams per day should keep you in ketosis, it's a recomended carb intake limit. 20 grams of carbs per day will cause quicker weightloss. Some people can tolerate a little more carbs per day maybe even up to 100 grams of carbs per day. You can try gradually adding more than 40 grams of carbs per day and see what it does to your ketosis if you want. If the body is in the state of ketosis it can not store fat it can only shed fat and other toxic weight so he ate all the fat and calories he wanted to keep himself satisfied while ketosing. There is no need to count calories as long as you are keeping your carb intake low enough to keep you ketosing. Forty grams of carbs per day is a recommended limit to keep the body in the state of ketosis. If you have a cheat day or cheat meal your body may stop ketosing because of overconsumption of carbs so all you have to do after a cheat day is start over by eating zero carbs and no caffeine for a few days to get yourself back into ketosis. Caffeine spikes insulin thus slowing weighloss so some people restrict it completely even after the first week to avoid slowed weightloss. Eating fat , especially rich animal fats , while ketosing causes the body to ketose more heavily, provides energy, satisfies appetite healthily, lubricates intestines , eyes and skin and is crucial for organ function including the brain. Animal meats should not be restricted either they are too important for replenishing the muscles and organs. Also, no colon cleansers are needed on a diet that causes the body to ketose, in fact it can be detrimental. I made that mistake and almost killed my kidneys it hurt so bad so I quit colon cleansers while keto dieting and I felt so much better. Ketosis causes the body to naturally cleanse itself including the colon. The body works hard enough while ketosing to shed weight on its own. There are veggies allowed in the first week about 1 cup per day they are practically zero carb. They are listed in Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book. He also wrote a book giving carb count content of many foods to help you stay on track. I've read both of these books. Test your urine an hour or two hours after trying new packaged foods or snacks to test their carb content honesty. Or if you prefer the keto blood testers you can use that instead or use both. Some people say blood testing is more accurate and quicker. I prefer the urine strips. I analize my ketosis the day after trying new packaged products also. Eating practically zero carbs for a few days should get your body into deep ketosis. Sorry to repeat myself but I hope this info helps people loose weight fast like my dad did. I mostly eat meat and their fats, low carb veggies and low carb fruit ,salads, nuts not so many cashews, unlimited butter, full fat sour cream and full fat mayo, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, heavy cream, avacados, Sweetleaf Stevia Sweet Drops (practically zero carb sweetener) too much is bitter so use a few drops at a time until it tastes right, it sweetens lightly but it's a life saver. These are some packaged products to help if I have strong craving for sweets: Hungry Buddha Keto Bars, Lilly's baking chips all flavors, Live Soda, Zevia Soda, Rebel ice cream, Atkins lemon bar and cheesecake bar, Two Good yogurt, Love Good Fats Bars, most of the Quest bars are ok just watch the ingredients on the packaged products claiming to be keto friendly, most of them are pretty trustworthy. Quest protein chips are awesome. Everyone's tolerance is different. There are good keto bakeries online. I pray you understand all this completely in Jesus' name. God's blessings to ya! Also, watch the Keto Connect videos called "Sweeteners Explained" or "Good and Bad Sweeteners For Keto". I tested Atkins lemon bar and cheesecake bar and they didn't slow my ketosis at all.     I'll say this, I eat oatmeal everyday since i started working out May 27, 2020. I out 1/3 oatmeal in a bowl, with 1/3 water, and a pinch of salt. I then put it in the Microwave for 10 minutes on defrost mode. Defrost mode makes it fluffy and finished. Once it down, take it out and stir it to see if it finished or add more water and put it back in for 2-3 minutes. I'm usually on point with the amount of water though. I then use organic peanut butter which must be refrigerated after opening. I use like 1 spoon of it and then stir it up in the hot oatmeal real good. Once finished stirring, get a banana and cut it in pieces and place it on top of the oatmeal. Eat the rest of the banana. You are finished and just be sure to eat it while drinking black coffee. Black Coffee also helps with weight loss. I drink only black coffee and water if you want to know. And yes, I workout. I cannot type my workout routine but i went from 180 to 165 pounds in like 7 weeks.

    I am a chubby 12 year old... And I love junk food... I've been ignoring it for about a week now... I really feel the better me and I just wanted to say what it feels like when having a no junk diet... It feels sooo good... I started learning new recipes as well... I feel the positive energy and I've been very nice to others now... Usually am a short tempered person and I don't really care about the outer lifestyle but lately I've been trying to make a new friend... Not a human friend cuz I feel like every human has a devil inside... And they once break ur heart... So my house is surrounded by cute animals like pigeons, squirrels,cranes and many other things... So I always try to be close to them and give them food... Ok... Let's leave that there and talk about how I feel after a week... I feel more lighter, positive,soft, beautiful, understanding,productive,smart,slim... Please do wish me luck you guys... And also... If you read till the end...     +Nalle Puh Yeah I only eat 2 times or once a day depending on the calorie intake and set a time on when and when not to eat. My time in the morning is nothing before 10am and nothing after 10pm kinda like setting a time limit on when to take medication. but only difference is its a easy strict diet. I just started doing it then found out my cousin told me it was called fasting. but yeah other than that I really didn't do much.

    Buy a bottle of Keto Sticks, they are urine keto test strips, they help you make sure you're loosing weight. Test with them every day. You have to start by eating zero carbs and no caffeine for about 3 days to get the body into the state of ketosis. It takes most people about 3 days. Exclude sweeteners for the first few days also. If you're ketosing you are loosing weight so your test strip will show pink/purple color. If you're not ketosing you are not loosing weight so you're test strip will not show pink/purple color so you have to keep eating zero carbs and no caffeine until your test shows pink/purple color. When the body runs out of carbs to use for energy it switches to using the body's fat stores for energy and they show in the urine as ketones. The test strip detects the chemicals in the ketones.     First, buy a bottle of Keto Sticks, they are urine test strips, they tell you if you're ketosing and how heavily you're ketosing by how dark the pink/purple color is on your tested strip. Start a ketogenic by eating 0-5 grams of carbs per day for the first week and no caffeine. Caffeine spikes insulin so it slows ketosis.     Buy a bottle of Keto Sticks, they are urine keto test strips, they help you make sure you're loosing weight. Test with them every day. You have to start by eating zero carbs and no caffeine for about 3 days to get the body into the state of ketosis. It takes most people about 3 days. Exclude sweeteners for the first few days also. If you're ketosing you are loosing weight so your test strip will show pink/purple color. If you're not ketosing you are not loosing weight so you're test strip will not show pink/purple color so you have to keep eating zero carbs and no caffeine until your test shows pink/purple color. When the body runs out of carbs to use for energy it switches to using the body's fat stores for energy and they show in the urine as ketones. The test strip detects the chemicals in the ketones. The darker the tint color means the heavier you're ketosing meaning the faster you're loosing weight. Read Dr.Atkins book titled Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. He explains ketosis and low carb dieting very thoroughly in this book, it's so easy to understand. Its the book my dad followed to loose 275 lb in a year and 2 months and his weight was mostly in his belly. He kept with low carb eating, he ate all the meat and fat he wanted and got healthy. After he achieved ketosis he gradually added more carbs.     I’ve gained almost 100 pounds since Covid started even with doing sports constantly and even with my doctor saying I have a healthy body just a little over weight makes me feel disgusted i’m trying to get back to 195 lbs i’ve already got a good feeling of my workouts throughout the week at the gym and now it’s time to fix my diet

    First, buy a bottle of Keto Sticks, they are urine test strips, they tell you if you're ketosing and how heavily you're ketosing by how dark the pink/purple color is on your tested strip. Start a ketogenic by eating 0-5 grams of carbs per day for the first week and no caffeine. Caffeine spikes insulin so it slows ketosis. When the body is in the state of ketosis it can not store fat it can only shed fat and other toxic weight. Restricting carbs to 0-5 grams for about 3 to 4 days causes the body to go into the state of ketosis.     Buy a bottle of Keto Sticks, they are urine keto test strips, they help you make sure you're loosing weight. Test with them every day. You have to start by eating zero carbs and no caffeine for about 3 days to get the body into the state of ketosis. It takes most people about 3 days. Exclude sweeteners for the first few days also. If you're ketosing you are loosing weight so your test strip will show pink/purple color. If you're not ketosing you are not loosing weight so you're test strip will not show pink/purple color so you have to keep eating zero carbs and no caffeine until your test shows pink/purple color. When the body runs out of carbs to use for energy it switches to using the body's fat stores for energy and they show in the urine as ketones. The test strip detects the chemicals in the ketones. The darker the tint color means the heavier you're ketosing meaning the faster you're loosing weight. Read Dr.Atkins book titled Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. He explains ketosis and low carb dieting very thoroughly in this book, it's so easy to understand. Its the book my dad followed to loose 275 lb in a year and 2 months and his weight was mostly in his belly. He kept with low carb eating, he ate all the meat and fat he wanted and got healthy. He started with zero carbs and no caffeine for a few days to get the body into the state of ketosis. He bought Keto Sticks, and he tested every day. After he achieved ketosis he gradually added more carbs. He added 10 - 20 grams of carbs to his daily intake every following week until he was intaking no more than 40 grams of carbs per day through out his weight loss journey. You can stay at 20 grams of carbs per day to ketose heavier until you reach your weight loss goal. You can adjust your weightloss speed by eating more or less carbs but keeping it under 40 grams per day should keep you in ketosis, it's a recomended carb intake limit. 20 grams of carbs per day will cause quicker weightloss. Some people can tolerate a little more carbs per day maybe even up to 100 grams of carbs per day. You can try gradually adding more than 40 grams of carbs per day and see what it does to your ketosis if you want. If the body is in the state of ketosis it can not store fat it can only shed fat and other toxic weight so he ate all the fat and calories he wanted to keep himself satisfied while ketosing. There is no need to count calories as long as you are keeping your carb intake low enough to keep you ketosing. Forty grams of carbs per day is a recommended limit to keep the body in the state of ketosis. If you have a cheat day or cheat meal your body may stop ketosing because of overconsumption of carbs so all you have to do after a cheat day is start over by eating zero carbs and no caffeine for a few days to get yourself back into ketosis. Caffeine spikes insulin thus slowing weighloss so some people restrict it completely even after the first week to avoid slowed weightloss. Eating fat , especially rich animal fats , while ketosing causes the body to ketose more heavily, provides energy, satisfies appetite healthily, lubricates intestines , eyes and skin and is crucial for organ function including the brain. Animal meats should not be restricted either they are too important for replenishing the muscles and organs. Also, no colon cleansers are needed on a diet that causes the body to ketose, in fact it can be detrimental. I made that mistake and almost killed my kidneys it hurt so bad so I quit colon cleansers while keto dieting and I felt so much better. Ketosis causes the body to naturally cleanse itself including the colon. The body works hard enough while ketosing to shed weight on its own. There are veggies allowed in the first week about 1 cup per day they are practically zero carb. They are listed in Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book. He also wrote a book giving carb count content of many foods to help you stay on track. I've read both of these books. Test your urine an hour or two hours after trying new packaged foods or snacks to test their carb content honesty. Or if you prefer the keto blood testers you can use that instead or use both. Some people say blood testing is more accurate and quicker. I prefer the urine strips. I analize my ketosis the day after trying new packaged products also. Eating practically zero carbs for a few days should get your body into deep ketosis. Sorry to repeat myself but I hope this info helps people loose weight fast like my dad did. I mostly eat meat and their fats, low carb veggies and low carb fruit ,salads, nuts not so many cashews, unlimited butter, full fat sour cream and full fat mayo, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, heavy cream, avacados, Sweetleaf Stevia Sweet Drops (practically zero carb sweetener) too much is bitter so use a few drops at a time until it tastes right, it sweetens lightly but it's a life saver. These are some packaged products to help if I have strong craving for sweets: Hungry Buddha Keto Bars, Lilly's baking chips all flavors, Live Soda, Zevia Soda, Rebel ice cream, Atkins lemon bar and cheesecake bar, Two Good yogurt, Love Good Fats Bars, most of the Quest bars are ok just watch the ingredients on the packaged products claiming to be keto friendly, most of them are pretty trustworthy. Quest protein chips are awesome. Everyone's tolerance is different. There are good keto bakeries online. I pray you understand all this completely in Jesus' name. God's blessings to ya!
