    This is so well put together😊! I would like to add two things: Lunge: Try the ATG split squat with a kettlebell. Good for the knees. The circular clean: Dont smash your knee!! I did because I was used to dip my legs while cleanng and payed for 6 months. My left knee was in the way of the wrecking ball.     Very nice 20 the only one that i disagree is the halo,i think the side one arm deadlift would be better

    Suitcase walk starts with one arm deadlift, and halo is one of so few rotational moves that are suitable for kettlebells, effective and useful, also healing the shoulders.

    @@lisapet160 yes and the farmers carry starts with trap style deadlift that means you don't need the to deadlift? Club shield casts and mace casts are far more superior from halo
