These are all good observations and probable causes... In the wild today in built up areas, cats live 2 years plus or less.. One or two cats is more than enough for a normal working person, I am retired and so manage 25 cats and I have the farm land to accommodate them and the time and resources to cook and feed them... Don't get addicted to their presence and the positive impact they have on your life, don't have more than 2 to 3 max in the home of a working person, Feed them well they like meat, beef liver with chicken neck cut up plus 25% cat food.. Cook everything a bit, helps their digestion, have water fountains available, have many litter boxes, a yard with grass is a great thing for them, use a fence, keep them out of the roadway and of course love cuddle and play with them... Vet for deworming once a year and or if any of these 20 signs show up... Enjoy

Saw a lot of this while working at an animal shelter. I had a cat that died at around 16 months that showed a lot of these.

Picked up a 12 yr old stray. Having a vet check her out. So far an upper respiratory infection, eyelid infection and heart murmur. Giving her antibiotics and having a blood work-up performed and waiting on result. But I have no road map for her routine. 😿

Sweet of you to take her in. If she has heart murmur she won't be with you for very long, cherish your time together. I lost my precious 18 month old fur-boy to heart murmur a year ago.

Cats need a lot of love . Hugh's. But not source . need to be treated niece. . one of my cats die cause had a terrible urinary infection needed surgery. Mean veterinarian was only for the money he said I would not treat this cat its not worded ??? His bed veterinarian in Duarte California. He wanted thousand .... Dollars ?!!! Oh his a joke . my kitty. Suffer too mach. 2 moths or so after she was gone. 😢 😔😢 so after 3 years now I wish I can get a doggy .......
