A thoughtful design , considering all aspects of the requirements of the owners. I could also say the designer has given a plentiful and done to his own satisfaction. The fit and finish of the construction is also very good. , Parking area is only a missing point

സ്ഥല പരിമിതി വിദഗ്ദമായി മറികടന്നു. ഡൈനിംഗ് ടേബിൾ ചുമരിലേക്ക് ഫോൾഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നതായാൽ കുറച്ച് കൂടി പൊളിച്ചേനെ. ഫെറോ സിമൻറ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത് ബുദ്ധിപരമായി പണം ലാഭിച്ചു. എത്ര വില കൂടിയ വേറെ ഏത് മെറ്റീരിയൽ നൽകുന്ന എല്ലാ ഗ്യാരൻറിയും ഫെറോ സിമൻ്റും നൽകുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇഞ്ചസ് ഫിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഡ്രിൽ ചെയ്ത് സൈക്കിൾ സ്ക്രുവും ഞെട്ടും ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണമെന്ന് മാത്രം. Air flow യും Sky lightഉം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചത് ഗംഭീരമായി. 20 ലക്ഷത്തിന് അടിപൊളി വീട് തന്നെ.
