Hey Melissa my doctor said that I’m might be low in iron he hast to wait and see until later to check it out but I’m having really bad shortness of breath can’t histamine do that but also lack of iron because I don’t know what it is. Did you have shortness of breath with an iron deficiency to

It could be iron deficiency but my iron was fine and I was always out of breath I had air hunger all the time feeling like I couldn't catch my breath. Antihistamine does cause shortness of breath because it swells your lungs to get rid of the allergens that are in your body and they're not actually allergens but your body sees them as allergens so your lungs swell and it causes COPD like symptoms.

That would make sense but I guess we’ll see because I do have what’s called thalassemia minor so I’m just wondering if that got all fucked up during this time. Are use a Netty pot with salt Celine in it because that’s the only thing that really helps clear out crappy shit

Melissa, you look great!!! Thank you for continuing to give updates on your progress & provide hope. Do you think blurry vision is part of benzo's & for how long it might last? I hope you continue to heal !!! 💕💕

Thank you so very much that means the world to me I try hard to come back and be as honest and raw as I can be to help others. Yes I do believe that the blurry vision I'm not totally sure but my histamine doctor told me that that's all part of it when my histamine gets super high I do get the blurry vision I see spots still and get just very like off balance I also get light sensitivity and sensitivity to like noise. Prayers for you also! Xoc

I think what gets me through is some certain therapies and supplements do help while ur healing to give u some relief but time the healer. Also i feel like people need to realize this is ur journey not anyone else’s someone could heal u. 3 years but that doesn’t mean you will

I'm so sorry to hear that it's an awful battle it messes and alters so many different things can ask you how high your cholesterol is and was it high before benzo? I have read many articles where histamine can raise the triglycerides and the bad cholesterol
