Your hair does look fuller. I’ve been doing rice water rinses for months and the first thing I noticed was the decreased shedding, then I noticed my hair becoming fuller, stronger and softer. Next I noticed my thin edges started to grow back in and now I’m experiencing an overall increase in growth. I didn’t experience almost immediate “extreme” growth as claimed in other videos, but perhaps the women that do, experience it because they’re younger than me or their hair responds differently for some reason. I suspect that a lot of KZreadrs use terms like extreme growth to get more views. As always, I appreciate your honesty.

The color is still very vibrant and warm. In my opinion, It's getting better. Lol. I did try the rice water 2 weeks ago and, wow! Less shedding!!!!!. My hair is full and very thick despite my excessive shedding. But, I did notice less shedding and my strands are stronger. I will wash my hair today and use the rice water again😊
