Traditional Steamed Cake
➡️ Ingredients 材料:
Plain flour 普通面粉 160g
Corn flour 玉米粉 40g
Egg 鸡蛋 (A size) 2 pcs
Caster sugar 细砂糖 150g
Water 清水 120ml
(No. 2)
古早味传统班兰蒸鸡蛋糕
Traditional Pandan Steamed Cake
➡️ Ingredients 材料:
Plain flour 普通面粉 160g
Corn flour 玉米粉 40g
Egg 鸡蛋 (A size) 2 pcs
Caster sugar 细砂糖 150g
Pandan juice 班兰水 120ml
Making Pandan juice:
Pandan leaves 班兰叶 4 pcs
+
Water 清水 120ml
(BLEND & FILTER FOR 120ml PANDAN JUICE)
(搅烂滤出120ml班兰汁)
*Tools 工具:
Round mould 圆模具 (4 inches x 2)
Steam 20 minutes 蒸二十分钟
OR 或者
Round mould 圆模具 (6 inches x 1)
Steam 30 minutes 蒸三十分钟
