◆Ingredients材料◆
3 Eggs 鸡蛋
100ml Pandan Juice 班兰汁
80ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
250g Plain Flour 普通中筋面粉
50g Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
160g Caster Sugar 白糖

450ml Water 清水
½ tsp Salt 盐
20g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
2 tbsp Shallot Oil 葱油
150g Rice Flour 粘米粉
20g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
300ml Water 清水
100g Shallot Slices 红葱片
80g Salty Preserved Radish 咸菜脯碎
80g Sweet Preserved Radish 甜菜脯碎
3 tbsp Shallot Oil 葱油
30g Chopped Garlic 蒜末
1 tsp Thick Soy Sauce 老抽
1 tsp Sugar 白糖
¼ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
