It kinda sucks that the apache has no air to air defense right now. It also seems like you had weapons issues with the apache also.

For real it's very frustrating I'm absolutely defenseless against things like the havoc when they get the drop on me and my CPG

That MIG 29 pilot at the end said he is the real MVP lol

Just a lot of practice is all lol. I have a Vader 3 Pro controller that's "stock" except for a couple extra paddles/buttons. I just use those for different cinematic views and whatnot for recording purposes. As for specs: 4090 FE, 13900F, 64GB DDR5 RAM, M.2 SSD

This was a privately hosted server, so unfortunately I cannot remember the info

Only catching up with vids now, but sweet intro and I'm assuming new replay feature to go back and fetch those externals? ps. anti-collision light also off for fenching in ;-). And Vikhrs reliably only did 8.5 - so I'm surprised at the 9km hit. Unless code has changed without a patch note again.

lol yeah, I was shaming myself with every external shot showing the anti collision light still on. I can't believe I forgot that. And yes, all external shots were thanks to the replay changes. Interestingly, while ED have said AI aircraft are not treated with the replay fixes, I've yet to run into problems with AI playbacks from multiplayer sessions. I have a feeling those are 100% perfect... as long as they're from other multiplayer servers. Unlike singleplayer where they seem to break quite frequently due to the new simulation of the AI.

Is there a huge difference between the Blackshark2 and 3? I bought the 2 ages ago and like it but just wondering if the 3 is worth the money?

With the 3 you get two very big benefits: 1. Iglas for air defense 2. Missile Warning System to scream at you when a launch is detected nearby I personally think it's worth the upgrade. HOWEVER! A big "downside" is a properly simulated INU that degrades over time. You'll no longer have perfect positional information, and as a result, slaving to things like data linked targets will no longer be as accurate as BS2

Can you please make a video on how you control the target designator with your controller in planes like the su27 because i dont hoave enough buttons for this and the only other option is to use my right stick BUT you cant move the designator with an axis. You are just probably the only person who uses the controller in dcs like this and who can help me. I hope you understood what i wanted to say, my english isnt very good😅

lol this can be done, you just need to bind it under "Axis Commands". It's a common overlook. Buttons like ABXY are bound under "All but Axis Commands" and Axes like the thumbsticks and triggers are bound under "Axis Commands."

Nah, this was a private server running either the foothold or pretense mission. One of those. If you find a server with those mission files, then you should get the same experience
