Echo! Not even close! 🤣 But that’s a good catch on the verbiage! The Raven is correct. When I think of a short setup I default to thinking about it operationally. So basically a verb, not a noun, as in “target assault”.

Definitely great information. Your rifle is your lifeline. Need to make sure it operates efficiently for you in all situations while staying attached to your body.

When you got more and more sling related content, maybe do a supercut + some questions why one body type learned to love xyz sling or maybe changed it based on their kit. I think this could make it easier to find the most beneficial sling setup. Or have a video chat with some arguing over slings.Could be fun. Good stuff.

That’s a good idea! So much to cover with slings and there’s no perfect answer! I’ve seen countless setups and they all worked well for that particular operator.

Great video. You make this look easy. I'm the type who gets caught up in my sling meaning I need to train more with it. I don't think people do enough sling training.

Why did you not just run your qd on the other side of the stock, which would allow for shoulder transitions without the swimming?

This is the first video I've watched on this channel, I think... I hope you do that little jingle at the end of all your videos - "This is so and so from Tactical Hyve, if you like what you saw, like and subscribe." It's so damn catchy.

Seems like a lot of high speed guys (like Fred here) are stowing their rifle on their back muzzle down, and I believe the reason is its less likely to be flagging a buddy that way. Not sure if I'm right about that, just wanted to point it out.
