Lool.😂 True but food is food (not a dead animal 🤢) I made kfc style tofu for the first time today and non vegans n veggies ate it n were mocking me for giving up and eating meat again. All whilst clearing their plates lol so my new trick is not to tell them till they've already admitted they like it n can't take it back 😂

Gotta have the right sound affects or it wont work.

I'm italian too and it resembles both bechamel or even a thing that we call "panna da cucina" (which basically is just more liquid than bechamel, commonly used for pasta dishes), IMO it is fine!

At the request of my Girlfriend and under threat of having to make white sauce alone I tackled this Easy Recipe for Bechamel. Also, admittedly White sauce and pasta is something I love and miss in the vegan world. So, for an honest review I have to say Sir you are a genius this diverse base has so many possibilities and adding a few spices and covering my pasta this evening gave me great happiness. Three thumbs up.

A strict Whole Food Plant Based vegan diet does not include oils, refined sugar, or any highly processed food. Personally, I aim for a WFPB diet, but make some compromises. Most people will not switch to a strict WFPB diet unless they need to reverse a health problem. Bill Clinton (as directed by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and others) reversed his heart problems and lost significant weight by switching. Penn Jillette was not as strict, but lost more than 100 pounds. Kevin Smith switched because of heart problems and also lost a lot of weight. Not everyone loses weight on this diet. Some world class athletes swear by it.

I know they will almost certainly serve added oils, but I really enjoy sharing the experience with other vegans at a vegan only restaurant. When needed, a non vegan restaurant with vegan options will do. Gotta find my own balance. Everyone does.

I hated it at first but then i just kind of got used to it. Try adding other seasonings that balances the flavor,that helps.

OMG, I’ve found my people! I thought I was the only vegan who hated nutritional yeast! It takes like the fish food I fed my goldfish when I was a kid. (And yeah, I’ll admit that I know this because I tasted it like I did everything when I was a little kid.) Just realized all these comments are 4 years old. I guess I’ll keep mine up in case ppl are still around & watching/reading.
