This 4 hour pomodoro timer with smoothed brown noise is designed to help adhd brains with sustained focus and blocking out background noise.
Pomodoro timers can help create a sense of urgency and competition (great ADHD motivators) as you race against the clock to hit your target before the clock runs out! Background brown noise provides background noise reduction and stimulation to help increase concentration and focus for people with ADHD.
In this video we'll do 4 intervals of 25 minutes, with 5 minute breaks in between. You'll hear a chime at the end of each work interval.

    Thank you for this new video! For me, this 20-minute focus session is great for brainstorming, planning or any work which I need to get done in a short time because it forces me to progress without getting stuck too long in overthinking/analysis-paralysis mode. But for work that requires focus and attention to detail, like writing, reviewing, creating slides, etc., I think I need a longer podomoro session. In any case, this was really helpful!

    Hello. Where are the videos with music, Ican’t find them anymore, there was one with very energizing music, please of you can put them in the list of videos again. Unless Im confused and it’s another youtube Channel

    Personally, I prefer headphones. Especially if you wish to block out background noise to help you focus 😊
