At least it‘s not the brown noise from South Park. Would be unpleasant looking for focus and NC, but all you get is crap in your pants. „Fun“ fact: In Germany „brown persons“ aren‘t referred to „POC“. „Brown person“ is a syonym for neo-Nazi.

I plan to study a minimum of 4 hours each day until September 1st. I will update this every day charting my progress. Please leave a like or a heart to hold me accountable! Day 1: over 5 hours, lost a page on goodnotes and had to rewrite the entire thing. slept at 3AM, plan to improve Day 2: only 2 hours :( work got the best of me. I will make up for it today Day 10: i have skipped updating, but have remained consistent. I must cover all of precalculus by the first of September.

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸 ( This comment isn't originally mine, but I think it can help a lot of people :) )

While I agree with most of this, I personally want to suggest some things that I believe are better. You should not listen to music at all, but mainly degenerate music with degenerate lyrics that will gradually be implanted into your brain and warp your mental perception of society (this brown noise is fine to listen to). When you study with music, you are dependent on that dopamine rush or pleasure you feel when listening to music. When that dopamine rush doesn't satisfy you after listening to music everyday for so long, you turn to other things to fulfill that pleasure you once had, which ultimately leads to more distractions and a deviation from your study/work goals. Additionally, just try to be focused for as long as possible, which means that if you feel like you can do more and work longer, do it. Don't take breaks when you don't feel like it. There is no need to interrupt your work flow with timers, breaks, and anything of the sorts. If you start your work at a responsible time, which may be hard for some people, and push through it, you'll be good!

Echoes of thoughts, in whispers merge, A sound so deep, it sings a dirge. Yet within its depth, a creative surge, Artists in awe, as new paths emerge. In this lab of sound, where silence is gold, A noise was born, both fearless and bold. The rappers stood still, their craft to behold, For in that brown noise, a story unfolds. ✌️

It seems like floating in space with no idea where you're headed, it makes you feel like an unknown traveler who's just floating in an infinite Dreamland of space with calming darkness where you are all alone and away from all good and bad just heading towards unknown peace.

people have said this sounds like being on an airplane or on the beach, but to me the first thought that came to mind is that I have been lowered into an impossibly deep cavern. I am at the lowest point of our Earth's techtonic plates, and if I dug any deeper I would meet boiling hot magma. But where I am, it's soft and empty and heavy. Millions of tons of rock and mineral are above me, compressing my body and making me feel comforted. Like every molecule of my skin is made of iron.

How come I hear it differently if I put the same video twice? I mean, it's not just the same as if I put one louder, it's just more rich? Is there an explanation to this?

Fun fact: this example of brown noise video is exactly the same (it sounds the same) as white noise videos you'll come across in youtube. Maybe it's 10% muted

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! It's fascinating how our perceptions of sound can vary. While brown noise and white noise might seem similar at first listen, there's a distinct scientific difference between the two. Brown noise, often described as having a deeper or 'rounder' sound, has a stronger emphasis on lower frequencies, giving it a smoother quality that many find more calming and less intrusive. On the other hand, white noise contains all frequencies at equal intensity, which can sometimes result in a harsher sound, especially in the higher frequencies. This is why white noise might feel a bit more intense or overwhelming compared to brown noise, particularly in the selections you might come across on KZread. Our aim with the Mindful Frequencies Lab's is to offer a sound that enriches the listener's experience by creating a soothing, ambient background that aids in concentration, relaxation, and even sleep, without the harshness often found in high-frequency sounds. Happy listening, and we hope you'll explore more of our carefully crafted soundscapes designed with your well-being in mind.
