This brown noise just makes makes me feel calm and relaxed. I have autism so i wonder if its helpful to other people with autism sometimes ill put brown noise on to drown out the over stimulation of the world.

This video has helped me so many times get through some tougher times with my variety of mental "illnesses" when they were making it hard for me to function. Just putting on my headphones and turning this on helps so much. And because I'm a student so I have to listen in class, it helps not completely tune out the world but enough that I can focus. I'm so glad I found this- it's changed a huge part of my life

I get really bad sensory issues and I finally found a sound that’s loud enough to drown out my overly enthusiastic fiancé when he’s singing and clapping. Thank you. 🙏🏻♥ we can now cohabitate without me having a full blown meltdown.

I’m a first time Mama to an almost 9 mo and although Dad&I have her noise machine near her crib, we play this as another sound buffer to keep the outside world’s noises from seeping in. She is teething and it makes for fitful sleeps, but this helps tremendously. ❤

I sleep with this on every night and It just relaxes me and quiets my mind...

This is much more soothing than white or pink noise. Who knew? :) And I love the sound of rain, natural rain but video rain can annoy me. This is good. Thanks.

I have terrible high pitched tinnitus and this is the best for me also. Many I’ve tried actually make it worse.

I've been living with a noisy neighbor upstairs, and they literally gave me insomnia. They fucked up my sleep quality. I can not move either. Thanks to brown noise, I can sleep better.

i share the same bedroom with my uncle and his snoring is so horrible i can't stand it. i used to spend nights without sleeping until one day i found brown noise. it's literally the only thing that blocks out my uncle's snoring. my life has completely changed since i discovered it lol, i fall asleep to it every night now

I love this so much. It has helped me to sleep so, so, so well, no matter am I home, on a train, in a hotel or visiting someone.

guys pair this video with rain sounds and your choice of music it is amazing for studying and all that i would recommend turning the music down a bit though
