Thank you. This is Etobicoke and its a resale condo. Under-construction may have issues of price fluctuations with rising interest rates. So not advisable to buy under-cons in current scenario. This is our point of view :)

There are many sites like House Sigma/ Realtor.ca to look at trends and prices but we did engage a realtor to send the offer and close the deal. We have made videos on this and also interviewed our realtor. Do refer to those videos.
