Simply beautiful, and probably closer to 20MM in Vancouver. 13MM seems reasonable.

Did not see the cinema room or the self contained accommodation seemed rushed and un prepared for a property of this value ???

But you're in a WORLD CLASS city! And you have at least three Shopper's drug marts within a 15 minute drive from you, so luxurious. Also make sure you befriend the homeless addicts at the local park, just so they know you pose no threat when they break into your home.

Lot so tiny couldn’t even get a side facing garage.

It maybe also has to do with the regulation, it is very close to the road if you want to have garage from the side. It may not be safe to backout onto the road from the side.

Toronto has very strict rules. You can't make a driveway wherever you want. There was a article a few year ago how a builder built a home in North York with the garage on the wrong side, and they were not allowed to make a driveway for it.

13 million for 2 parking spots. Where do I park my fleet of supercars?

In my opinion......Ok...This large house is well made, Yes, I call it a large house, but for the money that is asked, there is really nothing to it......Estates in my opinion start at 18,000 square feet and up.....First of all the railing on the stairs for a house of this price is plain....the ceilings are basic, Yes, all the rooms are large , again but plain, I expect better, and for each room , a more customised look throughout, there is almost no color throughout, and this house just doesn't have it....Where is the library?....I would want this kind of house on at least two acres minimum, with a indoor/outdoor pool, basketball court, tennis court, and winding driveway with rod iron gates, as an example. It gave me the impression of walking through a store than an exclusive home.....Come down to Westchester county New York, and see what you'll get in this category price wise, in the housing section, a lot more for a lot less ! This place , in New York would run you about 3 million US ......Toronto is expensive I know , but I think that they can give you more for your money if they want to...........

Lovely home, Toronto is so overpriced, this home in the US would be half and even lower in some areas. Ladies were talking all over one another, they are clearly used to showing alone, they both looked beautiful though 🤷🏽‍♀️

Over priced …. How many times did I hear “totally”.

It is a bit tacky for some reason. Too white and too much light and gold color which is a bit out of date. Noticed a lot of Canadian houses have such issues.

It was designed for foreign investors. The agent is Russian-Canadian. The noise you hear outside is the 12-lane Highway 401 a few blocks away. 🇨🇦

Not worth $13,000,000 .. not well designed, not a private location, ...

Overpriced !!! Thanks to our 🤡 Prime minister Justin Trudeau. Should easily be half the price according to Pierre Poilievre of the conservatives. But don't get me wrong, on price and politics. Truly a beauty nevertheless.
