Great video. It would be nice if in future videos, you could also include how much monthly assessment fees might be, water, trash, utilities, and so forth.

It's a tough sell I think. Newer condos in Thailand are much smaller than the older ones. Even just a ~10-15 year old condo will get you so much more for your money. Then renovate it and customize exactly how you want. The newer ones are very small and the layouts just not as good. hard to find new condos with ~45sqm 1 bedrooms anymore. Now they are trying to sell that as a 2 bed lol.
