i love your videos but i am disabled and am looking for a one bedroom condo with a sea view but i would also need a pool with steps and handrails to get in and out----no one ever shows handicap amenities could you start including that in your videos

thing with these units is the on going maintenance , management and fees charged to owners. even though they may have facilities that only a few use the cost is usually charged to all owners. the unit looks great and understand the location. kitchen without cooking appliances and facilities except microwave, definitely have to eat out.

These are called condo fees😂😂. All condos in North America have these fees and help maintain the integrity of your building. I think it’s a good thing.

Oh boy you wouldn’t believe how much Hawai’i condo HOA fee is going for each month. It’s technically the mortgage amount for somewhere in NA and you are complaining about the HOA fee in Thailand? It is cheaper to eat out than to cook at home unlike America bro trust me everything is better than McDonald here and twice cheaper 😂

And they actually have these units similar to these on Airbnb for $400 usd a month but of course if you guys want to actually purchase the condo or apartment than yes you will have to pay the 52k but the good thing is u won’t have that monthly expense u will only be paying yearly taxes and monthly utility costs

Building isn't built yet. You buy a pre-sell and you get a great price but may need to wait up to 3 years for the place to be built and risk the company going bankrupt. Look into places that are already built unless you're willing to wait and take a risk

Perfekt ausgenütztes Bauland.Möglichst viel kleine Wohnungen auf wenig Platz und dass kein Qm verloren geht noch den Pool zwischen beiden Häusern,dort schwimmen nicht viele Leute....Wohnung klein und teuer....ich kenne mich bestens aus in Phuket.Freunde hier müsst ihr nicht lange überlegen....

I know exactly where this is at it’s in southern part of the island they expect tourists and foreigners all the time but in the northern part of the island it’s a little bit more distinct

My Malaysian wife and I bought a new 3 bed 2 bath condo in Melaka, West Malaysia (Freehold) in 2004 for 21,000GBP. Monthly maintenance as of now is 70GBP per month. It has remained empty for most of the past 19 years since purchase through choice. It is now on the market as we wish to sell. BUT, we have discovered Asians prefer to buy NEW properties and very few purchase resales. I am not sure about Thailand but it could be the same there too. My advice if purchasing new is to take this "culture" thing into consideration if you plan to resell in the future.
