It's incredible from the 40th + floor

I live in both Bangkok and Alabang in Manila, and I prefer Bangkok because of the city’s public transpo options. But mainly due to the value you get from the condos haha. Paying 30k baht per month for 2BR unit in a ‘semi’-luxurious property in the city (asoke-rama9 CBD). Can’t really find a fully furnished 2BR unit (with insane amenities) in BGC or Makati for around 40-50k php.

Only downside of BKK is the intense pollution. My eyes burn after a few days. I couldn't imagine it longtime

I miss Bangkok. My favorite food court is the one in Terminal21 it’s very affordable!

I enjoy all your Video's - Very Informative. I'm retired and with life style and inflation in USA I have been thinking of moving to another Country to live ( Mexico , Costa Rica & Thailand ). Been doing a lot of research on Bangkok and really like the High Rise Condo's to live in with many more and nicer amenities than in USA. This 2br You are doing here is unbelievable - the location next to Terminal 21 , MRT/BTS is great. Another one You should look at and Video if You haven't already is Park Origin Thonglor - 3 Towers connected - with the Amenities of any Condo's I've seen on KZread. Again Thanks for all Your Great Video's.

The views are astonishing right!

I stayed in this building on 39th floor last year for six months. Eating at terminal 21 next door, being across the street from Soi cowboy, as well as walking distance from Nana, Soi 11, 8. Good times.

Nice view of the air pollution in the first condo.

For that price, you get a hi end 2000sq ft 4 bed , 2 bath full river view , apartment with 2 balconies, I don’t think BK is more expensive than GZ. So it’s not a good deal IMO.

I like the interior layout of Thai condo unit than in the Philippines, sample SAME UNIT SIZE, in Thai condo They REALLY THINK of the small space, every space matters, thats why it looks large, Philippine condo THEY dont think, they just put whatever they think of but NOT important, thats why is so cramp. Thai condo is WHY MORE CHEAP than condo in the Philipines. sample why make a separate room for a washing machine, look at Thai condo washing machine are either place in the kitchen or in a balcony, 2 sqm of space are save, in a Philippine 2 BR condo 85 sqm they have maids room/storage room 6-8 sqm?, look at Thai condo even 120+ dont have a maid's room, its usually start at 150 up sqm??? Its like when having a larger condo unit in rhe Philippine condo must have a maid, for example I see a condo unit that has a separate pantry the mall grocery is just accross, 6 sqm up of space are wasted, If a condo is FAR from the grocery YES its useful, but ACCROSS the street, why do they need to put a BIG PANTRY??? even for 6 mnts a family of 4 won't go hungry, so they didnt think of the layout,

Did you bother listening to the rental price of the two 65 sqm condos in the video? At those prices I can get a 110 to 140 sqm condo in BGC. Maid's room or not, it would still be significantly larger than those 65 sqm condos.

compare to a house, condo unit space are SMALL so every space MUST be carefully think of, look at thai condo even it has 3 bedroom toilet are only 2, in the Philippinea, its 3 or 4 toilet, 8-10 sqm of space are wasted, that space can be added to the masters bedroom ang toilet to be bigger,

Condos do however have the location, lifestyle and facilities that houses cannot compete with ;)

Prices of condominiums in Manila are getting more expensive, specifically around Makati and BGC, because of high demand, while condo prices in Bangkok are somewhat reasonable or affordable because of low demand from buyers.

Noticed something ? very few views when you vlog in Bangkok. But when you are vlogging in BGC, 20k views were easy. When you visit Philippine provinces, 100k views were easy attainable. That says something Mergim about the Philippines. Remember, Filipinos in north America is about 8 millions now. You have to visit the Bicol provinces from Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon and the Islands of Masbate and Catanduanes. Big cities like Naga and Legaspi has unique cuisines and the famous Mayon Volcano which you can climb. Mt Bulusan in Sorsogon and the beautiful beaches of Sorsogon are unspoiled. The Caramoan Peninsula and Siruma district of Camarines Sur are just like El Nido and Coron. You can stay in my farm in Calabanga just outside of Naga City..free..yes free. Just let me know. Joe in Philadelphia

A big case in Thailand. “According to the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court on July 27, 2023, the construction permit for the Ashton Asoke, 6.481 billion baht project in Bangkok, which affected 580 families with 668 transferred units worth 5.653 billion baht, or 87 percent, was revoked.”

With all due respect, don't you understand that the more you promote this kind of content, inviting EVERYBODY to go to the same place (in this case, Thailand) it will utimately destroy what you're enjoying now? Just see what happened/is happening to Lisbon (where I'm from) and locals cannot afford to leave in their own city anymore, prices are insane, due to the overflow of tourists and digital nomads all doing the same thing at the same time. And DN's / KZreadrs still have the nerve to promote the hell out of it just for their own short-minded temporary profit. Lack of empathy is insane, so sad...
