The spring rain washes up The painful winter solitude of a wooden bench. Soon, people will come out and fill his empty lap with their warm bodies. Your fancy and imagination are great, and the poem is beautiful. The daffodils dressed up with pettycoat skirts. Is the tense of 'misses' intended by you in the third stanza?
