Why is this one river flooding like this I don't understand I'm not that far from Jackson and we haven't had no flooding problems like this.

The big black river also flooded and almost hit a record high but luckily there is little in the way of homes along the big black. The reason it is flooding is because the area along and north of Jackson has had over 20" of rain. The ground can only soak up so much water before it becomes completely saturated and all the water runs off. When that water runs off it all flows towards the rivers which begin to rise.

It’s definitely what you call weather warfare... I experienced this twice both in Baton Rouge and Houston... Not to mention Baton Rouge is highly elevated than New Orleans and the area I resided wasn’t in any flood plane... My Grandmother tells me she has never witnessed over 40+ inches of rain in a 2 day span... Houston had 3 days of 40+ inches of rain all in one setting... Wake up people... It is definitely an agenda... I pray for you guys... I know the feeling for recovery and I definitely feel for you guys... The rains presently seems relentless in the coming days... it seems like a training effect trending... (rains continuously passing over the same region in a persistent pattern manner)
