Colorado Springs was EPIC! What an incredible time I had. I cannot wait to be back. Not only was it beautiful but the trails were a blast! Thank you AP for buying a home with a backyard like this, I will for sure be back to visit :)

...time to hit Captain Morgans again with the crazy ride over bridge drop feature! There are so many other trails here in town that make me hoot and holler like mad!

These trails are in my backyard. I ride Captain Jacks and the chutes almost every day. But locals don’t like when people drive up gold camp road to shuttle, but I get it because the way you normally go is closed. Love the vids🚴♀️

“Locals” bro you are referring to a city of over 500 thousand people, they’re assholes who will get pissed every time they see another car on goldcamp regardless of whether mtn bikes are on the back or not. You are not away from the masses because u are on a dirt road, any local with a brain expects it to be a shitshow every time they’re up there…

I live on Saturn Drive just off Cresta Rd. We're all neighbors. It is a good place to live if you like MTBs.
This is where I grew up and learned to ride. Was riding Captain Jacks and the Chutes in the late '90s as a teen. So rad to see a good video of it!

No Captain Morgans back then, and the Chutes was a lot less sculpted. Would absolutely kill to ride these trails again!

@@Shred_Tube but yeah funny enough between when I left this original comment and now, I managed to go to Colorado Springs and do the full Pikes Peak Plummet, including Jacks and the Chutes. Both trails were definitely better back in the day for sure. I'd say that Jones Park above is more like old Jacks, and Arroyo below is more like old Chutes (tho old Chutes was REAL good).
You girls Ride extremely well, I love it. You 3 are bad-ass thanks for sharing.

Its called the chutes, there is captain jacks, red canon park right there. Believe it or not this is just on the outskirts of Colorado Springs.

Lmao "Like Cake Baby" haha your little sayings and talking the whole time cracks me up every time. I just got my new 2022 custom painted & set up Cannondale JEKYLL 1 back/together ! Goin to check out my local wooded trails, jumps & DH lines here in central Connecticut tomorrow can not wait! MTB'ing is such great mental & physical therapy. your noises, sounds ect get me everytime the lingo is like a Hawaiian Surfer meets a lower 48 snowboarder lol keep Killin' it & get Sendy! I wish I could get my gf to ride how you do but safety first & have to let people progress at their own pace esp when it comes to big gap jumps, 6-10ft drop offs and stupid steep and rocky DH lines! Look forward to the next video, your laughter, enthusiasm, lingo & everything is just awesome it's wicked you are living the MTB dream and always progressing/pushing yourself!
Right in my town and didn't get to meet the awesome Heather 😒. I routinely ride the lower part of that area. Glad you had a blast!
Been riding these trails for over 20 years. They have really gotten better over the years. The real way to get the full experience is to ride up from The opens spaces trailhead to captain Jacks and then bomb the downhill.

@@HeatherMunive I have to agree. It was a few days later but I was able to hit up a new trail. This Friday my favorite local trail is back open. So will get to mob down that.
Love the stoke, these are my local trails, and Morgan is legit for sure. Short but fun AF. Heather, your laugh and stoke remind me of Alex from Singletrack Sampler. Next time in town, give Pike Peak Plummet a go. It adds about 20 miles above Jacks/Morgan. It requires a shuttle to Elk Park and needs to be a late-season ride (Aug-Sep). It is May 21st, and we just got 6+" of snow in town. Paper Street Shuttle is who I have used, good peps.

There are tons of great places to ride. There is red rock. Single track trails above manitou. Many places to ride much better than this. Check out jones park, palmer park red rock canyon and intemann trail. Waldo canyon was the best trail but its been closed since fire. Was an incredible 7 mile loop.
100% Captain Morgan’s is STEEEP and loose. Nice rippin 🤌🏻

There is a 24 mile loop at the air force academy you should ride while you are in springs.

Do you have issues with blinding your friends with how extremely white your teeth are because my right eye started twitching when I saw your smile in the opening picture of your video…. Have to give you a hard time due to the fact I literally will look up trails and how to get there and then bam without warning you have another video of you riding the same trail or park I am interested in… the constant struggle to find a single trail secret or not that you have not ridden yet…. Heck yeah with camping where ever the heck you feel like is a good place for a few z’s and a reset of mind body and soul
