the water is coming from a water drain line that goes down into the wheel well of the vehicle. these are only a couple that Jeep has issues with clogging up, usually leads to a wet floor board after a heavy rain or good car wash. fyi.

lol a harbor freight grinder with a harbor freight wheel is the last grinder i would use without the guard on. always use the guard. and you should probably wear a face shield as well.

Holy moly what a job. Was this more for looks or did you gain enough to go with a larger tire? Love the look btw.

Both I put them on 4 looks and after lifting it more than it was I'm able to fit 285/75/16 inch tires which is basically a 33 inch tire. Most people are running 265/75/16.

Most likely , water was trapped in femder bottom due to drain channels having crud clogged in them. Very common among ALL vehicles. The average person usually doesnt know to clean the body drain channels when washing the vehicle. Dont think many owners manuals cover it. It prevents body rot. Just an observation

Their product description specifically says: "EASY INSTALLATION, *_Ready to mount right out of the box_* in their OEM-style black matte finish or personalize the look by painting them *PERFECT FITMENT. Precision-engineered fitment for each specific vehicle using CAD data* so we provide protection that fits great and is time tested and trusted in the market" The fact that you cut into your Jeep should have been a red flag. You basically just cut up your vehicle to install poorly-designed flares. You should have just sent them back with pictures of how they didn't fit. That's what I did. F them. The flares should have just slipped right on. If their product description is a lie, no sense in supporting their business.

I was just following the instructions step by step. And you can't get the perfect measurements just by kind of holding it in place because it won't fit in place without the cuts. When you go to install them that part will be up to you. Thanks for the comment.
