I come back and listen to this almost every week. I have a matching setup in my corvette but not the smooth and crisp idle you have. If you’re willing I would love to take a look at your tune but I totally understand if you’d like to keep it to yourself.

What heads bud? Looking to do the same to mine. I have the same year, model and color as yours and all. Want to make sure my valves, springs and flow are all good to go so it doesn’t eat itself alive.

What all did you do to support the cam?

The intake that I had for this car was an LS1 lid. I notched the radiator support so the lid would fit. I fabricated the lid a part so my air filter would stay in the lid.

What other upgrades did you have to do in order for the cam to function like it should?

just valves and springs I’m pretty sure and it would definitely help to get some head work done depending on cam size i think. Headers and exhaust too but that’s obvious

I just put a cc503 in my 95 corvette. Would like it to sound like this but it’s no where near it. You can watch the videos I’ve uploaded. What’s the specifics on your exhaust? I see true duals with dyno max bullets, headers and that’s it?

What size pushrods are you using?. I seen on the forms that one guy got away with stock one's

I was using a true dual with x pipe setup that was dumped before the axles. The mufflers that I used were the Dynomax 3 inch bullets.

@@maldo72 no problem, I didn’t have a problem with the sound since I angled the exhaust downwards.

Did the z06 wheels fit without modification?

I put 1.5 inch wheel spacers on the rear to make the wheels fit.

Damn that comp cam 503 sounds awesome... what kinda head's are you running? Did you buy the entire cam 503 kit with lifter's and valve springs and timing chain???

I mildly cleaned up the stock heads, I bought the cc503 and other supporting components separately.

The rear rims are off a Z06 Vette and the size is 19x12 with a 325 tire.

The exhaust pipes are 3 inch in diameter.

daonewit dagun Find a new shop. I ran 3 inch from my long tubes to my x-pipe and bullets.

Is that a rebuilt motor of the 350?
