The CBS College Football theme is an amazingly wonderful piece of music.

This was counter programming that night. NBC had the Miss America pageant and CBS(as well as ABC) covered college football

Let’s remember why ND Michigan is a big rivalry: Michigan prevented ND from joining the Big 10 since their coach at the time was anti-Catholic, like much of America back then. USC didn’t care about religion and played ND every year, and the rest is history

@@kellancarney810- Please do some research. The above claim is 100% factual of why ND didn’t get into the Big 10. And thank goodness they didn’t. 😂

ND should have gone with CBS on their renewal. Also the refs gave michigan that TD
