If its from a e30 M3 it didn't work because its wider.

This one was from a 1984 318i and it's wider, but the real problem is that it's deeper...

@@jwgmail with wider i mean deeper, all of them have more diameter, i got one, time ago but i didnt install it yet. I dont know why yours didnt fit :/

@@andrewmeadors936 this one was supposed to, so I have no good advice : ( There are a couple other good vanagon brake booster videos on youtube and I think you could see the part # on one of them and it was the same as the one I got.
