Brief Guide to replace Handbrake cable on VW Beetle classic , 1973 .
Sizes :
Axle nut :36mm
Handbrake cable bracket bolt : 13 mm
Hand brake cable adjuster nut : 10 mm
The near side rear hand brake cable was snapped .Normally I would recommend replacing the Handbrake cables as a pair .However at this point with so many customer cars on the go, I just want to get the Car road legal and ready for Summer
