I FOUND IT. i found 0:22 in Modern Day Cain by IDONTKNOWHOWBUTTHEYFOUNDME and i KNEW it had to have been sampled either from chirp from minecraft or they were both sampled from the same thing. Super weird to hear those few notes together by themselves

Minecraft's Chirp and LittleBigPlanet's Orb of Dreamers both used this sample. However, though many think not, Minecraft's Chirp is a direct reference to Orb of Dreamers. It not only contains this sample, but a nearly identical melody as well.

If you want them legally, you ought to purchase them :) However, little applet that lets you just play the virtual instrument for free (no recording option, no download, just try it yourself before buying) would be at least nice :)
