By 1969, Land Rover (I think) had synched the shift from 1st to 2nd, no double clutch necessary. I’m not convinced it’s a series iia but rather a iii

Nice landy If I shut my eyes one would think you were driving mine the same bangs clunk's and screams of the overdrive ,nice truck is it petrol or diesel, Aidan in Ireland 🇮🇪

No double clutch, and you are having an easy time steering!?! I drove a 69 S2A 88 inch recently and require both arms and a small horse to steer it. ( it did have bigger tires though) Was power steering fitted to this?
