Land Rover Series 2a 88 - Taking a Drive #5
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Taking a drive to Cockle Creek through back roads. Thanks to Damon from Seriously Series TV for showing us the way. The Series 2a did really well, only towards the end I lost some coolant, the radiator cap is the suspect...

I really appreciate all your highly detailed videos of your van restorations over the years. We have a 1982 Viscount in process of restoration. Thank you.

Great track, easy drive for the landies.
Looks so much fun driving Old Series trucks! More challenging than current 4wd! Good to see Damon there as well!

Actually, they are even more fun than seen on video, lots of fun for sure.
Wow, what a beautiful place! Those ferns look to be 12 feet tall, looks like something out of jurassic Park. I would love to explore Tasmania someday.

Yeah that George, no idea about social tech like KZread or Instagram. So i put him on instead 🤣
Weird question, but how tall are you?I was looking if there’s a kit to move the seats back a tad.

Not a weird Q, I had been asked before. I am 6'2" and have no issues with fitting into the cab with standard seating position.

Has this got the original engine?

Not original to the car, its got the 2.25lt diesel out of a S3 instead of the petrol.

@@rovertasmania7033 Ah, nice way to upgrade it while still using a classic Series engine.

@@dylonthedog1 Its just because I prefer diesels, otherwise I would have put in the petrol.
