1947 ford Rat Rod build!
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Check out this incredible kustom build! This is Old Crow, a 1947 Ford rat rod. This classic hot rod is a must-watch for any rat rod enthusiast! What started out as a salvage yard Cinderella, this build has turned into an amazing, one of a kind, rat rod. From the start, I had a vision for this classic Ford, which has now been successfully brought to life. Thanks for following along with this fun custom build. For more details, be sure to check out the entire build series here on this playlist.

Wonderful build! Amazing engineering! Cannot fault any of the work done. However, I am one of those who does not quite understand putting in that sort of engineering, time, and money but leaves it looing like some sort of backyard build that ran our of funds and skill when it came to the body, etc. I am just one of those few who loves to see a sharp looking vehicle after that much work. Leaving it look like an ancient old car that someone just threw a new engine in does not do it justice, in my opinion. To each his own.
Hallelujah Brother! You're about the third person in my lifetime that solder on the Copper Lugs to the wire for batt cables! Them Zoomies! : )🖖
Excellent job Anthony looks KILLER KOOL
Thanx for Sharing your experience with building your Hot Rod, very impressive Have a Great Day 👍 God Bless America 🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸
Definitely some talent there! Not a big rat rod guy although the original rat rods were kid of cool. Nice work.
I usually fast forward and skip a lot of the video when watching a build. Not this time! Enjoyed it from start to finish in real time! Awesome job!

Love your dedication to curves and angles other that 90 degrees. Mike

👍Der totale Wahnsinn. Meine Hochachtung vor dieser Meisterleistung.👍
Super Arbeit. Sie sind ein Meister. *****
I had to see this for myself... and what I saw was exactly what Tim has described. We have all done work that may not be "show quality." But there is no excuse for dangerous, careless or thoughtless work. I myself have built over 300 cars in my lifetime and have owned several hot rod shops - hoping to build better cars each time. But this build is one of the worst I have ever seen and if not - it ranks right up there with "this should have never happened." I have all the confidence in the world with Tim, Frank and Jessie that they will make this correct and build a safe vehicle for the lady to drive. Good jobs guys in pointing out - "HOW NOT NOT BUILD A HOT ROD CHASSIS!"
@HardCoreFab

Who the hell is Tim Frank and Jessie and there is no lady driving this truck. WTF and you even talking about.
Excellent build quality, great ideas too. Personally I would have fabricated top swivels for the front air suspension bags, they don't look happy with the top plate tilted sharply when the suspension is up.

My brother and I are building a homemade Hot Rod out of odds and ends that is just laying around our farm and taking it on the Hot Rod Power Tour this year. Were putting a 63 Chevy C-10 cab that used to belong to the U.S. Forestry department on a 81 Oldsmobile custom cruiser wagon frame and using the 307 and THM 400 4 speed Auto transmission, were going to make our own bed using quarter panels from a 56 Plymouth Fury 4 door as the bed sides. The reason we decided to use the wagon frame is that it sits lower, the stock ride height of the 63 Chevy truck is 14 1/2 inches, the stock ride height of the wagon is 7 1/3 inches, were getting a 7 inch drop and didn't do anything to get it plus with being a newer frame and suspension it's going to be a smoother ride plus we will have disc bakes in front for better braking. Were also going to chop the top but were only chopping the front an inch and half so we can lay it down and the body has a rake to it. Were going to paint it Rustoleum Flat OD Green with the roof and trim in Rustoleum Gloss Black and were going to recover the Truck seat in Mochoa colored Canvas it it runs with our theme.
