1940 NASH Lafayette How to Start After Sitting for Years

Purchased in 2012 in San Jose CA. It was a barn find in Sonoma CA and is virtually rust free. The only rust through I can find is a small area right front floor. Previous owner had it painted inside & out this chocolate brown from it's original grey. He also had a the chrome redone and polished the trim. It has been converted and rewired to 12 volts. I almost bought a metropolitan nash years ago 1950s if I recall, then I had got a 1967 corona I regret selling but I am glad I atleast have the 72 n600
