I have a 530D 03/99 , 300.000 km , Racechip stage 2 , from 184 ho to 220 hp, EGR and Kats deleted, top speed 240 km/hr. E39 Best cars BMW ever made , special the diesel engines .

BMW...German engineering. 410 Nm, 6 Zyl., 3,0 ltr.. A very solid car. (Btw. 540i V8, 286 PS, 4,4 ltr. has 440 Nm, without a turbo)
E39 530D als Schalter ist schon was feines. Hab' selber auch einen, ebenso BJ. 03. Werde den Wagen behalten als Youngtimer.

@@mey5416 meinen e39 530d handschalter kann man auch unter 7 litern fahren. Bei meiner sportlichen Fahrweise bin ich eher bei 7,5l, was ich immer noch sehr wenig finde für einen über 20 Jahre alten 3 liter Motor.

Sefa‘s Bimmer besser als deiner
My dad had a 530d M Sport Touring in black. It was a very good car, fast, sporty, good looking. It had the hifi with 10 speakers and subwoofer that sounded amazing

I think this particular example has been remapped, seems quite fast for less than 200hp, even though this is manual so a bit quicker that other automatic 530s on youtube. Great car anyways, If only it had a 6th gear, could’ve been much better for high speed cruise.

@@bimmermedia 6-Gang wäre möglich einzubauen, ist aber etwas Arbeit. Ein Kunde fährt das in seinem E39 und damit läuft der Touring samt Software echte 255 km/h laut GPS bei entspannten 4200 U/Min. Hast du Touring oder Limo?

@@edc15de Was wird alles benötigt um ein 6-Gang Getriebe einzubauen? Würde eins von einem E60 525d oder 530d passen? Könnt man gleichzeitig auch die Kupplung upgraden?

Definitiv gechipt. Meiner originaler (1. Hand) Manuell geht bei 231km/h spürbar in den Begrenzer bei 4600rpm. Diese Technik ist einfach unzerstörbar!

Das hat BMW absichtlich so gemacht, damit der 5er mit seiner kleineren Stirnfläche nicht schneller fährt als der 7er. 😉😊

Türkiye'de bu donanımda 2003 530d koltuklar dahi aynı temmuzda 90a sattım şuan piyasası 110-130 bin arası
Soooooo nice, i love e39 3.0d facelift manual, is the best car ever made from bmw, i have like this actualy. Its problem for full acceleration with first gear? I hear that will damage turbo,

@@bimmermedia my mechanic says, its not good to full acceleration at first gear, second and third its normal, because it has to much pressure from turbo and kill it. I dont know if its true or not, i never had problem. But this car is legend. 3.0d diesel is the best, nice video

Your turbo boost could never be related to your gear :D :D Turbos does not work like this, it will boost max amount the ecu will allow it, if the pressure goes over the limit it should, ecu signals the turbo actuator to open wastegate and release overpressure to exhaust.

Hmm, can someone help, I have same car but touring, and my top speed is 210-215, when yours is 230, is it because of it being a touring or something is bad?

9 menesiai velokai :D bet geriau nei niekada. Is gamyklos isejo su ribotuvais ant 200 km/h. Nebent isejo su sport paketu ar kazkas tokio, tada nebus ribotuvo. Europoje yra reglamentas kuris vercia gamintojus rodyt ant spidometro greiti nuo 4 km/h iki 10% daugiau. Tai tavo tie 210-215 gali but realiai 200 ant ko ir apribota masina. Mano su R17 ratais vaziavo 220 max ir 200 per GPS. Tai per telefono GPS ir koki apps'a tikrint realu greiti.

If you service it well and without "low cost" policy they run endless. Quality of E39 is incomparable with modern BMW's

Depence on the maintanance and your driving culture. But yes, these are very long lasting cars. Not comparable with the shit they produced in our days.

Bei 260 kmh schluckt der 540 V8 dann geschätzte 25 Liter 😜
Tja, und das ist alles leider bald vorbei - dann ist auch in Deutschland nur noch 130 km/h

Mine 330d e46 has 6 gear. If i was from germany i would give you to test it Bimer media.
