Almost 16 weeks on carnivore. Only diet trend I could do and live with myself. I'm currently 15 & 1/2 weeks and at 58 pound so far. Only change I've made is my diet. Y'all are doing awesome. Keep it up.

I've been on carnivore for the past 1.5yrs. Amazing diet. Bacon, ground beef, steak, eggs, heavy cream, raw milk. I could eat it everyday!! I'll make some ice cream sometimes with heavy cream, couple yolks, little salt and vanilla extract and a packet of "Real Lime".. tastes like key lime pie ice cream. If you're gonna use any sugar.. I'd recommend just cane sugar over anything artificial. Keep on keeping on!!

I am Carnivore been a year and a half 75 lbs and blood work is perfect.. Keep it up guys looking Great❤️

Home of the stripper. My family has property on that lake, I grew up there. Check out Morgan creek and silver creek for some good bass fishing. Also Adam’s creek has lots and lots of sunken trees and sharp drop offs

HIGH FAT RAW Carnivore here .... Guess what? Almost EVERY single "Nobel prize winner" was a Psy-Op... Ask yourself this: ***if*** antioxidants & flavonoids are "everything" T.H.E.Y. say they are ...then HOW is the tissue of every living ANIMAL "not packed full" ... From cows which eat nothing but plants to elephants etc... if it's sooo crucial "for health & life" THEN tissue of ALL creatures would be PACKED FULL from eating all those flavonoids ..but guess what? Species specific diets MATTER, and carboNhydrates in ALL species EXCEPT RODENTS do not eat CARB HEAVY DIETS .... which out compete vitamin C and *B1* ... thiamine was THE FIRST VITAMIN discovered and is THE REAL STORY about "scurvy"....

Good for y'all!!! A few years back, I lost nearly 40lbs on Keto. Sugar is absolutely, undeniably, no contest, the enemy👌 In fact, carbs are the very same thing we farmers use to fatten and finish our livestock right? Sugar is bad news👎 Congrats guys!!!

I've lost a good amount of weight on the carnivore diet. I had to add more fats because I lost too much haha

I’m not sure of the question. The only reason we have increased sodium intake is because we ADD real salt to our food because we don’t eat all the over processed foods that include sodium. Our bps haven’t been affected.
