Coconut oil and baking soda works better than anything I've used. After you shave, it is somewhat irritating. Just coconut oil keeps bacteria level down, so days when you shave use that. I promise it works great!!!!!!

Michelle, my doctor - who's in his early 70s - told me that doctors and nurses are leaving. The medical profession has been turned upside down (like everything else) - and the hospitals/facilities are hiring young college graduates to be nurses - with no experience. Imagine how easy it is now to find a job at the front desk. No intelligence needed.

I believe it, the awful way my poor mom has been treated by this younger ent. First of all, he just blurted out, "it's cancer, I'm sorry" without doing any tests or a biopsy first. She's in so much pain, she begged him for some rinse or something for her sire mouth. She did not ask for narcotics at all. Just something to soothe her gums. She can barely eat anything at all. They don't care

No. They tried pulling that on me. I needed 3 MRI's inc. brain, neck & lower back. Medicare said I had to do 6 weeks of PT first!!!! WHAT? ON MY BRAIN? HOW DOES THAT WORK! Well I refused and waited a year I guess. I finally went back to my neurologist and his girl finally got me approved for the MRI's. It's a $$$$$$ making business. Stick to your beliefs.

Shortly before my mom passed away, she was in the hospital for an emergency situation which caused her a lot of excruciating pain. My mom wasnt one to whine and complain but at the time she had tears coming down her cheeks. So my sister went to the nurses station to let them know. There were 3 nurses hovering around and laughing and my sister said Mom needed something for her pain. She was told they had to let the doctor know. So about 20 more minutes went by and no follow-up whatsoever. So I went to the nurses station (Which was across the hall from Mom). These nurses were still nonchalantly giging and acted annoyed when I interrupted their little gab session. By then I was pissed off and asked them who was in charge of this funhouse. It got at least one of them to respond and another half hour went by because the doctor in charge of Mom's care had to order pain medication for Mom's IV. There's no excuse for this and that was almost 15 years ago. I agree that customer service has gone down the toilet and most medical personnel are very lax in their profession. This definitely needs to stop 🛑.

So sorry that happened as there's no excuse for this, especially since the patient is the one paying through the nose while they're there. Plus these nurses and doctors wouldn't have a paycheck without patients! My hubby was hit by a car going 60mph 23 years ago and I remember him being in excruciating pain at the hospital and this one nasty nurse said to us "less is more!!" It took forever to get him those meds. The guy next to him had lost his foot and leg up to his knee in a motorcycle accident and he too needed meds and she denied him. He and his family didn't like her either. We started calling her Nurse Ratchet!! Smh!!

Please, please! Don't go thru therapy until after the MRI!! My late husband had torn ligaments, and 2 months of therapy made it MUCH worse! He ended up having to have major surgery. Even after the MRI, they didn't know just how bad it was until they went in. They had hoped for orthoscopic surgery but ended up having to cut him almost entirely around his arm/ shoulder to get to his rotary cup, which had 3 torn ligaments and bone spurs. I'm not telling you this to scare you. I just want you to be careful because as you say all the time... it's profit over people these days. And I agree with that statement. ❤

@@watchinvidzwatchinvidz7691 No What I am trying to say, when I walk into a government building, I actually have to say Hi, how are you doing first, or I get no response from them. Then they actually wait for me to tell them what I need from them in order to get any help. I do not know if this happens in your state, but the State of Minnesota it happens all of the time, since they implemented DEI hiring in this state when Biden took over. The federal offices are even worse, you can have ten windows, but only one open even though there are people in each and every window. I have got in touch with the Trump team, and this is one huge thing we are going to fix; they will be using undercover Opps to detail the horrible customer service in each and every Federal office. I am currently in the prospect of getting this same thing done in Minnesota. In every case weather, private or government business, they must be incredible customer service. I was trying to do a short version, but I guess you needed the long version. Take care.

We had to fight for that and more! She retired shortly afterward. He has degenerative disc disease plus a lipoma on his spine. New nurse practitioner sent him to physical therapy, pain management snd made sure he had all he needed. But she is rare! We both went Carnivore to reduce inflammation and that has made all the difference. Off all RX meds, back to work and he does stretch . Healthcare is Sick keep you sick care!!!! Check out carnivore and inflammation, healing and recovery. Hope Kevin finds relief!

Hey, retired RN here. I am so disappointed with our health care and insurance benefits. Things have changed so much from my "working days" Not that I am a physical therapist or heaven forbid a physician but this is how I avoided extra cost after my knee surgery. I looked on yt for exercises to do following surgery. I did remarkably well. Now just know doing exercises improperly can cause harm. So approach with caution. For deodorant,Lume is the best I can miss a day and never notice. It is costly but normally I can skip a day without consequences. Also if using the cream, which I love and never believed I would, it takes such a small amount. When I got the stick it was gone in no time. Try the cream,I believe it is sold at Target. The tangerine is my favorite

They can also refuse to cover tests your doctors order and if you want to have the test you have to sign a waiver stating you will pay for the test. On the subject of recovery: I have a rule for tendons, ligamonts, "connection things". 5 to 6 months of recovery before working it again. I have no medical degree, but my kids called me Dr.Daddy cause I always took care of them when they felt bad. And 40 years ago(when I was younger)a foot Doctor told me I could play vollyball again in 3 weeks after a strain. I carefully tested my foot after 3 weeks and it still hurt so I waited about 6 months and was ready to jump, play, healed, etc. For Kevin try the common sense stuff you have heard of. Hot showers on it, some of that rub on cream, limited movement, any youtube advise that sounds like the same problem. Give it 3 days(there is a 3 day thing) and re-evaluate from there. If you go back to that clinic video it.

Michelle, I heard you mention that, Kevin may not wanna go back to Physical Therapy. With that being said, my husband had the VERY same thing as what your husband has. The doctors gave him a steroid packet to take at home and also a steroid he had a steroid injection in his shoulder. My husband, did not want to go to Physical Therapy either due to his pain subsiding from the meds. About 2 weeks (AFTER) taking his meds, he began to feel that same pain come back...long story short, he then needed shoulder surgery. His Doctor told him the reason they scheduled physical therapy, was to build back up the strength in his arm. They Massage the arm first to see where's he's at with pain level then they slowly repair the strength back. Well my husband never went back and went to lift something one day and he ruptured his bicep . Now when he wears a muscle shirt, his one arm looks like (stretched out taffy) as his bicep is push all the way up by his shoulder. Unfortunately it's like that for life. I think all he says he did is lift one end of a flat screen tv and there went his bicep. They SHOULD of already taken an MRI of Kevin's shoulder and sent the results to the Physical Therapy, so they are away of what their working with. I would just hate to see what happened to my husband, happen to Kevin. ❤🙏

After all you said about THAT office, you should have went in back and grabbed Kevin AND got the hell out of there!!! There was absolutely no excuse for their behaviors!!! You need to write a review on this office so others are aware🥴😆. Do research on other orthopedics, try to get word of mouth. Where I live , the health care providers for my area, are only interested in the money they can get from you!!! So after researching online, had to drive 2 hours for a doctor! BUT praise the Lord, it was worth every minute of it☺️🥰. Today, you have to super advocate for yourself!!! Remember, if something don't feel right, IT probably isn't. Love you and your channel!!! Good luck!!!

Petsmart owns Chewy but I love Chewy. If u need to exchange or return anything they will tell u to not return the item, donate it & they will send u what u ordered free & no shipping charge, they send my cats birthday cards with a 20% code, they ship quickly, & have great sales, customer service is very friendly. I heard a friend tell me when her dog passed Chewy sent her flowers. The autoship is great if ur pet eats the same thing, my cats r picky eaters so I have to keep finding different brands & flavors.

Or tell the office manager or even better - your insurance company. They have contracts with providers and they can make things happen. I hate that the older I get the less patience I have with rude people.

Don't be surprised if insurance won't cover an MRI until after he has done physucal therapy. A few years ago, i had knee pain and was sent to PT for six weeks. Each PT appointment created more pain than the last. Finally, an MRI was approved by insurance and had severe tears in my meniscus. The orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist both said that the PT worsened the original problem. If an MRI had initially been performed, my injury would have been resolved much quicker and posdibly without surgery. Hang in there!

I’m a grandmother in my late 60’s and my advise to you is to be your own advocate. As the wife I would go to all his appointments and even bring a small notebook to take notes. My daughter is a physical therapist and she would have you rest his arm and ice it several times a day. Anti inflammatory for something like this would be ibuprofen or Advil. Same daughter had knee problems and she took 800 mg three times a day. We used otc instead of a prescription, but check with your doctor or pharmacist. Sounds like your hubby is on the mend which is great.

Where I live most doctors don’t do paperwork. They hand 80 year old Mr Shoemacher an IPAD tablet and tell him to register. His eyes glass over and he has no clue how to register digitally. Those cute little 18 years olds in scrubs just sit there not offering any help to Old Mr Shoemacher I have seen this many times and usually offer to help but get nervous because of confidentiality issues. There is no such thing as customer service anymore.

They're also a fantastic company if there is any problem. One person was on autoship and her dog died. She called to stop a shipment but it was too late. Chewy told her to donate it to a shelter and then sent her flowers and refunded her money.

I have postponed rotator cuff surgery for 2 years because I was caring for my husband. It actually tore during pt-everyone heard it pop. I won’t go back there. So fast forward and I’m now recovering from a total knee replacement surgery. It’s been very rough but the pt has been helping. On the flip side I’ve decided not to have the rotator cuff replacement. For one it’s a 4-6 month recovery. I decided if it has taken me so long to heal from the knee I just don’t think I can do the shoulder. I’m older which I hate but the reality is I don’t want to go thru all that at my age. I’d rather just deal with it. 😢

But I have EDS and every time I am supposed to go to a new PT, they send me to some guy that works with injured football players etc. They get pissy when you argue or make unhappy faces, etc and I end up in so much pain. I ask for them to print out the directions of the exercises, and then do it at my pace. We have to be in charge of what we do. I keep getting told by the older people in the system, that the Medical System at its worst right now.

I feel ya, Michelle and Amen! I feel the same way. I also had my first appointment with a pain management doctor because my main doctor is retiring this year. I have severe pain from rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, Crohn's,prior broken bones, issues from cancer treatments as a survivor, etc.... I also have major anxiety & panic attacks. Been on 2 medications for over 22yrs to treat these conditions and it makes life tolerable, never any negative issues or abuse of meds etc.. The doctor walks in at my 8am appointment, just says hi, no intro, shake hands, how ya doing, nothing. She just said we'll, I know you are in pain but I don't perscribe any pain meds other than Lyrica or Cymbalta and I see you had a severe reaction to those so I don't know what I can do for you.....and I will not give you anything since you take anxiety meds anyways. So I'm like, we'll what am I to do? She's like I guess you'll have to talk to your other doctors. Let them figure it out before they retire, but I can't help you, and that was it!!" Boom, Bang! I sat in the car and cried afterward. Healthcare has gone to crap in this country in so many ways. One doctor sends ya to another, then that one to another, you call leave messages & no one calls back for days. Or my favorite...."We can't see you for an appointment for 6-8 weeks, so go to the ER or an Urgent care until we can."😮 I do pray Kevin gets better with his shoulder and he can get the MRI done as soon as he can. I just had to wait 2wks for an ASAP ordered MRI to see what the mass is in my RH arm. Had it done this week, still no call with results. Just ridiculous. And kindness & Care/Concern is FREE so I wish office workers would display it more often, it can change a person's day sometimes. Blessings your way ❤

God gave us food and herbs for medicine. Medicine will cause more trouble down the road. I was diagnosed with arthritis and the medicine that I would have to take requires I would have to take blood work every so often. You had to have a TB test so I took the test and told them if I come back to get it checked I would be on my way to work and not have time to wait. After 30 minutes I left got a call from them and they said I had to come back and I told them no I don't because I don't have to take the medicine and I don't want to take something that causes that more problems when there other natural stuff to do
