I'm totally out of shape and bought a pole to get into shape at home because there are no pole fitness classes anywhere within 100 miles of my home. I was just curious though if there are specific conditioning and/or other preparation exercises that I should be doing alone long before ever actually attempting spins or climbs simply to get into good enough shape to start actually practicing pole fitness? And if so, can you make a video showing them along with an explanation of how often and how long it would be necessary to do them before actually attempting anything ACTUALLY on the pole? I have searched everywhere for this info without any luck. Thank you for your time and consideration!!

I show almost everything on static pole, yes. It is better to start on static pole.
