At the beginning of the video, while it is amazing, you failed to mention the SLS AMG Black Series, the 622 horsepower track monster, with that amazing 6.2 liter V8. It has the revised 7-Speed DCT.

Dandre Urquhart yes better exhaust note for sure because of its na engine. But for turbo v8s amg is the best. I think that's what he meant.

I have tracked my E63S Edition1 at Road Atlanta and it was awesome but I also got to drive the GTR at the AMG School at Road Atlanta and it was amazing being 1000lbs lighter makes a big difference. The E63S accelerates faster on the straights because of the 4 wheel drive (504hp at all 4 wheels) but doesn't have the same cornering credentials of the GTR.

Omg I love the AMG GTR! Hey btw you should put a GoPro or a mic on the back of the car and at least and it spots during the video so we can hear it better!! I had never thought of it until I had seen Adam LZ do it and it’s awesome!

No car is more refined and dialed in as the GT3RS. There are many cars faster in a straight line and very few faster around the track, but it is the prefect mix of both. Also nothing beats the sound, the speed of the PDK, and PCCB.

Evan Hasson Its better looking both interior and exterior, sounds better, more comfortable, has more features and technology not to mention its far cheaper too. Its a better daily drivers car. And the amg gt r isn't even meant to compete with the rs. Its meant to compete with r gt3. And it beats the crap out of the old gt3 rs and new gt3 on the ring. The club sport will compete with the rs. Which will be just as if not refined as the rs on the track and have even better handling.

Brad Stokes no. Only the looks is a personal preference. Everything else is a fact. Like I said the amg gt r is not meant to compete with the rs. The gt3rs is more track focused and amg gt r is more road worthy and meant to be a gt (as implied in the name) that's still sporty to drive and has great performance. It gives the best of both worlds and hence is a better daily drivers car. The gt3 is however the better track car. So the only thing thay would come down to the individual is their preference of buying a track focused car or a sporty allrounder everyday driver.

Brad Stokes no its not. Its a fact that gt3 rs sounds better when driven harsh and pushed and amg gt r sounds better revving. This is a fact not a preference. You can have a preference but it doesn't change the fact that each sound better in different conditions. The only part that's preference is whether you prefer the sound of revving and rumbles over high speed full out... Which is a preference of where the sound comes from not the quality of sound itself.

I drove one last week. Truly an amazing all around car.

Damn, I am big merc fanboy, and i know bmw and audi are now also really good and the differences between them are minor and it all depends from taste to taste. But considering sound. Merc and amg are undoubtedly no.1 by far. There is no better sound. Either you are merc, bmw or audi or any other fanboy, u gotta admit. Sound is perversion 😈
