This seems to be Collision's MO so far, cool way to separate the brands. We get the PWG-style high-octane lucha-flippy-stuff on dynamite and the more grounded, story-driven, slower paced stuff on this show. I personally love that AEW has tried to be a buffet of styles, I know some fans dislike the lack of focus but to me it's great cuz I can get a lil taste of everything if I so want. We're spoiled as fans in the modern day, honestly. Back in 2009 this was unfathomable.

This is wrestling. Now if you want to see some trampoline. Video games characters doing wrestling and breaking leg and arm and neck on TV cause of some bumps that wasn't need it.. just watch dynamite. This is real wrestling with logic and make sense to see them being tired or if they did a big move on then. They has to sell it. Not like dynamite which a big move is nothing.
