We are given suffering and pain in order to transform it into something higher....how?.... by NOT SUCCUMBING TO DESPAIR AND GOING INTO SELF PITY. When ever you see yourself in despair and self pity, switch focus and the higher realms will begin to open..

Literally having a fibro flare up right now. How do you soothe it!? 😊

My body was very sore after an emotionally chaotic and very physical few days at work with too many hours and not enough sleep. This being my first off day of the week, I decided to draw myself a hot Epson salt bath; light my tranquility lemongrass & eucalyptus candle; put on my headphones and enjoyed listening to this with a long hot soak. It was as if I briefly had an out of body experience....Thank you for making my Self Care Day! May the Universe Bless you!

Hey. You've been through a lot. A lot more than you ever thought you could, should, or would have to handle, but here we are. I dunno if this will help, but i believe that all of our pain and suffering has a purpose, just as our joys and triumphs do, and the reason is the same. It didn't happen for you. It didn't happen to make you any better or any worse. Your pain, in the end, actually has very little to do with you at all. You were meant to endure it, so that you would survive it, and then share HOW you survived it with others in a similar situation down the road, so that they wouldn't have to suffer as bad. The meaning of life, your purpose in this world, this realm, this universe, whatever you want to call it, is very simple. As simple as these 5 S's: - Suffer - Struggle - SURVIVE - Share - Save You've always been a hero, but never recognized the opportunity to prove it. This is it. This is your sign, this is your indication that your life, with all of your pain, has purpose. ✌️🍻✌️

I was having headache and chest ache of 8/10 level but both came down to 1/10 after around 1 hour (had tried more than 10 music videos since last 2 days but none else helped even a bit) of listening to this miraculous music without earphone as I wanted all body cells to hear this music! From today onward, this will be the music to which I will fall asleep and to which I will wake up daily after putting it on throughout the sleep!

My mom passed from Parkinson’s and dementia. Sending you lots of love and hope the sounds help him. Sometimes you can find Rife frequencies with musical accompaniment that are easier to listen to. But you can play just the pure Rife frequency and it can be at a low volume, no headphones required and it can still help. ❤
