90g Coconut Flour
16g Baking Powder
3g Salt
100ml Melted Coconut Oil
30ml Apple Cider Vinegar
7 large Egg Whites (250g)
Mix to a Thick Batter
7 large Egg Whites (250g)
dash Lemon Juice
Whisk to a meringue
Fold Meringue Carefully into
Already made batter
Line a 8 x 4.5 x 4.5 inch
loaf pan with parchment paper
Pour in Batter
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C
for 50 minutes,
The Batter will Rise but then fall back
