If you know the facts, you will know how clean it is 1) It is a place next to fishing Harbour, so the fishes cut here are FRESH and not frozen 2) the pieces spread on the floor are produced as waste in 2 hours on the same morning from the same day catch 3) generally these areas are cleansed every afternoon as no business after that 4) As per Indian style cooking, the fishes are cleansed over and over wish fresh water and salt to remove any bacteria or germs 5) Indian style cooking, particularly when it comes to non vegetarian, they ensure they are cooked to the most with all the spices, Now compare the fish you are eating and the fish it is sold or eaten here. You could understand how clean it is relatively. What you see is not the reality, without knowing facts everything is in your imagination

Looks like good for bbq squid and bbq squid ceviche with some raw tuna and shallots 🧅 the purple onions and some lime and some thinly sliced ginger with white coconut vinegar and some salt and crushed hot peppers 😋🌶️ to do bbq squid use some soy sauce with some red sugar some pepper and some sprite. Do not use salt! Only use salt if your making ceviche and only a little bit. 😊
