What an impressively "tidy" utility boat. So flexible in potential uses, from a boating "white van" service vessel to a stout floating fishing shanty or a miniature yacht for those able to visualize their own reality. BTW - it's Feb 18, 2022 and I'm seeing vids of that horrible UK storm. Floods pushing boats into docks at Heathrow and 747's forced to moore without operational passerelles - it's a mess. No more joking about it - I / we are wishing you all safety and warm, dry lodging until it all passes. Keep your powder dry...

I love it! The perfect boat for a weekend's diving or fishing. How fab. Loads of space for fishing or diving gear...nice lounge if the weather turns foul....open roof for when the sun shines, a galley for cooking simple meals and most importantly a head with shower! What is not to like! How fabulous!! Thanks for showing us this boat Nick....hope you're having fun there in Southampton even though there is a hurricane blowing through....!

For a very seaworthy craft designed for Category B and "is capable of meeting MCA commercial craft requirements with little modification", this is not so overpriced, folks. In any case, lovely little vessel with a hot water heater tucked away nicely! A horizontal bar (or other design) in front of the passenger seat would be a nice addition. I would also like to see the 27 reviewed, if possible! Thanks again, Nick!

Great video Nick. i did not think that type of boats were made anymore. As a child, I was out fishing in that type of boat in Norway some summers It was great to pick cod, saithe and mackerel. memories that live forever

That is my type of boat exactly, almost. Enough space to live aboard for a week or so and a nice turn of speed should one want to go more than 6 knots. Looks like a quality build, too.

@@AQUAHOLIC The only reason why we got the Pet Shop Boys on the radio in this area is because of our heavy military roots a lot of our service personnel have been living in Europe before so they get inundated with European culture and European music

Strange thing to say but that Yanmar engine is beautiful. Looks solid.

I don’t think I’ve seen this brand of boat before, and I’m quite pleased; it seems like they build lovely little boats that a weekend on would be brilliant! Lovely tour thanks Nick!

I was certain we'd hear a 'get attable' comment when you opened that engine bay hatch. 🤣🤣 On the other hand - great little tour Nick, of what I think would be a very nice weekender. I'd love to see it perform in some slightly rugged seas, as it it were ferrying a pilot out to an inbound ship.

That was a breezy day!

I kinda like the way that the table and seating in the bow connect to the helm area. Great boat that I’m sure has decent sea keeping capabilities for its size. Thanks for the tour Nick and particularly how you pointed out the difference between the 25 and the 27.

Perfect one to be out a full day fishing.

A super little boat, think I’d go for the 27 though as I’m not very lucky when it comes to fishing 😆

This would be perfect for me and the 592 made me laugh, on one of my dog walks I keep admiring a 592 on a swing mooring but I never knew what it was until now. 😁👍❤️🇬🇧

Another lovely presentation. I love little boats like this! As much as I enjoy the tours of the top of the line sports cruisers and yachts (which is A LOT, don't get me wrong) boats like this are always really interesting! I'm going to selfishly ask about the next aft cabin layout tour, those never cease to amaze me...

A fine boat, for Northern Europe. Where it can be a little rough, in the winter. Nick are people allowed to fish from your boat, It can sometimes leave a mess, I mean. Thx for a fine tour, can't wait to see what you will show next.

@Jeffry Pierce Thanks for asking a question I’ve pondered myself. I’m sure not surprised at Nick’s impact on sales though.

All-Weather boats are my favourites, all that style nonsense is excessive and you need to plan out carefully when you want to go yachting. I really like the idea of being safe in every situation, and maybe losing some knots of speed. Personally, I am comfortable with cruising at 5-7 knots, because I would know, that my boat could do that in any weather. Having a sailboat myself, I feel the same way, and I really enjoy the slow cruising - I am gonna sound cliché, but: it is really more about the travel than the destination.

Nice boat but expected a tad lower price to be honest.

Nick I for one hope your boat is safe where she is, hope no damage as been done to her.

Where is the exhaust ? The quick scan of the turbo exhaust housing looked like there was nothing connected to it ?

Great little cruiser! I'd definitely take the version with the larger interior, twin engines and I'd find room for a 3.5-5 kw generator. That brings up a question. If you decided down the line you wanted to upgrade to a 2 engine boat, how do you go about it? Is it something the manufacturer would need to do or are there aftermarket companies who can do these kinds of upgrades? Are they practical meaning, would it be worth doing or should I just live with it until I'm in a position to buy another boat? For a company who offer a boat in a 1 or 2 engine configuration...are they different moldings and would they be unique in the engine compartment or is the hull generic making it easier to reposition the existing motor and add a second? Anyway...just rambling. Great little boat.

If it's a new boat it's the new price. If it's a used boat it will have the year in the title and be the price of that used boat at the time it was filmed.

Is this a 25 feet boat for around 170K USD? Yes, we have inflation. And there is not even a "high low platform" :)

Not much too it is there. Very solid boat but I’d want a little more for my money

So far this is my favorite boat I only wish I had the funds to buy it . Maybe a few more years if inflation doesn't get any worse .

I'm a boating novice and I have watched HUNDREDS of Nick's videos. I have a couple questions.... do the electrical items run on voltage from the engine when the engine is running just like in a car? If so, I assume that the engine recharges the batteries while the engine is running? How long will the batteries last if the engine is stopped? I would hope their would be enough batteries to give you several hours of lights while anchored somewhere while you are cooking, etc. Also, is there a separate starter battery to re-start the engine that can not run down while using the lights. I'm just curious about power management because Nick didn't mention anything about a generator....Greetings from Texas.... John B.

It depends on the boat, most have two battery banks, one dedicated for engine starting. Batteries last a long time especially with modern LED lighting which will run for days. We use lighting overnight and leave the fridge running overnight no problem. Charging is from engine alternator like a car, plus often there is 240v shore power with charging for when you are plugged in at a marina.
